I am seriously contemplating transferring my banking services to a different institution. My recent experience at the bank's drive-through left me deeply dissatisfied. I arrived at an early hour and was the sole customer in line, yet the deposit process took over twenty minutes. After pressing the call button around the ten-minute mark, I received a vague greeting. I inquired about the receipt for my cash deposit, to which the response was that they were experiencing delays due to being backed up inside, but it would be resolved shortly.During this time, additional cars arrived, one of which was served before me, despite having arrived at least 15 minutes later. This inconsistency baffled me. When I used the call button again, one of the drive-through attendants addressed me, but with a condescending tone. I was informed that I had filled out the wrong deposit slip for my business account, which required a different form. This left me puzzled because I would have gladly filled out the correct slip if I had been informed of this requirement initially. I was nearly late for work due to the protracted deposit process.This experience, coupled with other ongoing issues, has led me to a point of frustration and dissatisfaction with this bank. Despite maintaining an account for 35 years, the subpar customer service, limited operating hours, and the condescending attitude displayed at this branch have eroded my loyalty to the institution.

Absolutely terrible to work with. We provide representative payee services to individuals receiving SSI and SSDI. Some of our clients use US Bank. We have been trying to get them to update the signer on those accounts and it has been an absolute headache (the other banks we work with have been able to get this done within a week). We took in the information that they asked for and they were supposed to get to work on getting everything set up within the week. It's now been a month with no progress. They don't respond to communication and use the excuse "we are very busy." Without updating the signer info we are unable to serve our individuals efficiently. I would not recommend this bank for businesses.

Beware of this bank due to if you get hit with fraud via check, they look at you as the perpetrator not the victim. Even though they will tell you there's no way to know if a check is fraudulent, you are the perpetrator not the victim. After you choose to close your account with them, they hold your money for almost a month.

I just found out they stuck me with a charge off that occurred due to some reoccurring fee. I remember them asking me to come in and pay down the 100 dollars. This can seriously effect credit as well as other banks being willing to give you an account!Another reason I'm glad I left and will never return.Have had my credit union for 13 years with zero issues....

ATM never seems to be working when I need cash. It always will allow me to deposit but never withdraw my money. I end up paying fees at a different ATM.

When a customer goes in asking for a money order please do not talk us out of it to save money. I needed it specifically for an exam that only takes money orders. You just wasted my time by telling me to use a check instead to save $3.

This is the worst bank ever!! They charge 7$ to cash there own payroll checks! I’ve never payed to cash a payroll check in mylife at the bank my employer uses! My employer is ups if they are a customer as a employee I’m a customer! Don’t use this bank they are not a customer friendly bank and would screw any over to line there own pockets!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible hours, even worse customer service. They have no idea how to do their job, or treat people. Worst bank I've ever been with. The branch manager should really look into a different profession. I'll be switching banks, I'm over this one.

Horrible Customer service. I was told by a teller to use the ATM for a large check deposit and the check was rejected. I called and spoke to very rude girl named Jen, whom was also extremely rude to my husband when he went into the branch to figure the problem out.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible hours, even worse customer service. They have no idea how to do their job, or treat people. Worst bank I've ever been with. The branch manager should really look into a different profession. I'll be switching banks, I'm over this one.
