“My wife and I went to the dealership to just look at vehicles and by the end, we were approved for a brand new Volkswagen Atlas. While the deal didn’t work for us, we were blown away by the excellent service we received. We didn’t feel pushed into a decision one way or the other. We were first greeted by a happy young fellow named Mickey who mentioned he was brand new. He was actually very knowledgeable and much more confident then I was when I first started in sales. He was a Joe Verde warrior who even used the SOLD line close which didn’t work but I was pleased that he went for it!! He took the deal all the way to his sales manager Cruize. This guy had a personality that was pleasing, yet challenging and would mimic how I assume meeting Jesus would feel. Astounding really! He ferociously worked the deal and fought real hard to make it work. They let us take the car home that night (bold move) to make sure we liked it. When we returned the next morning, we were told he was gone for the day because of exhaustion from the previous days fight. We were introduced to a new sales manager, Brecken I think. I noticed right away that her sense of taste was on point and I could probably trust her with my life since she had a Banana Bread Blondie sitting there from a coffee shop that starts with 7 and ends with Brew. (Don’t want a lawsuit)
She, like Cruize worked that bank up and down to make it work in our budget and when we finally made the decision that right now wasn’t the time to buy for us they were very understanding and pleasant. Not only will I be returning as soon as we are ready to buy but I will stop in several times a week as we are all now best friends for life.”

“I think they are reasonable with costs for the service they provide. I find their prices for basic vehicle maintenance/preventative maintenance to be much more appealing than Grease Monkey or Jiffy Lube or even major car dealerships.
