Didn't even get open this Saturday until 9:25. No explanation no apologies. Just let 15 people standing there. Then only one clerk working. So typical of the postal system the last few years. Obviously the supervisors don't care about customer service.

I called about a slip in my mail box that said the postage was fraudulent. Ok so I have to pay that to get the item. I understand that. The guy who answered the phone was rude and belittling towards me when he wasn't understanding my question. I re worded that question and he still was disrespectful. You may work at the Post Office but that doesn't make you better than others. Learn some professionalism and customer service, especially if you are answering the damn phone.

The worst post office i have had the displeasure of using, they do not notify you that your package is left with the front desk of your appartment complex. They are to lazy to attempt to deliver it to your appt.

Seems like every package I get I always have issues. I’m tired of it and I have to pay shipping it seems for every package I get. I feel like I’m being scammed never had issues in my prior state to arriving here. I call and nobody answers the phone. It’s best to get a lawyer involved and taken action.

Quick and easy service. I had cheaper shipping options offered and explained to me, which I took advantage of. The lady who helped me was absolutely awesome. Probably the best post office experience I have ever had, and the fact they were still so polite and helpful after I personally witnessed them both (both ladies at the counter) be berated and cussed out by three different people for things that were absolutely not within their control made me even happier with the experience. They take such abuse and still treat everyone with kindness and try to be as helpful as they can. The 2 ladies working on 06/10/25 at 11:15 ...I don't recall their names...were excellent...beyond excellent!

It is a Saturday, my family is home. We have a letter to go out which is clearly visible and attached to the outside of our mailbox. We have the notification of mail we are to receive for the day, and because our front door is open,( we do have a storm door) and our dogs are barking, our postal carrier walked straight past our house. This person did not collect our mail or deliver. They were in no danger at all from our dogs. Of course being a weekend and post office is closed, we will have to wait. We are very disappointed in the service and lack of any attempt. The situation was controlled as my husband was at the door and watched the carrier walk past!

Over the past several months usps has lost several of my packages that the sellers are force to refund. Aswell as to whenever my packages do arrive in town and on time the post office holds it for 3-4 days before delivering an broken and abused package

We’ve only lived here since July but had to have our mail held 3 times due to being out of town . All 3 times, when we try to pick up our held mail, a postal employee “can’t find it”! I’ve never experienced this and it’s extremely frustrating! We’ve had to talk to a supervisor who found it once “ in another area” but the other 2 times, we had to come back repeatedly which is a gross waste of time AND finally it was just all delivered to our mailbox without telling us! There is no communication or organization at this location. I’ve lived in 7 states and this is by far the worst post office I’ve seen!

My mail keeps showing up later & later. Horrible usually shows up at noon but now its 7pm to 8pm at night. & i dont get it all either.

I had important mail sent certified. It was guaranteed to be delivered within 4 days. It's been a week and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking says it just keeps getting shifted from station to station.
Update
After 9 days, I received a green notice saying they triedto deliver. They did not! I am home bound due to surgery and have only been out once or twice for a doctor's appointment because I cannot do leave my home alone. I also sleep ìn my recliner next to my door and my cat alerts me even if anyone passes the door in the hallway. The carrier DID NOT attempt to deliver. I found out from other residents this is a chronic problem in our building and they have had the same experience.
Two days before it was scheduled to be returned and at great personal risk of injury to myself, I put my seated Walker in my truck, pulled myself into it and went to the post office. Fortunately a beautiful guardian angel lady met me at my truck door at the PO. She helped me in and out of my truck and refused to leave me the whole time. I couldn't have done it without her. I got my mail (which should have been delivered), lodged a complaint, filled out a written complaint for a supervisor, and left sobbing after I gave it to them.
Why are the post office employees in Casper not held accountable for doing their jobs? Complaints need to be filed with the PO Supervisor, the Inspectors office, and the postmaster office when it happens or it will never change. Then, disabled individuals or our aged suffer as a result.
