This trash post office will do all they can to not talk to you when you call. On top of that they are disrespectful, oathbreaking tyrant government employees who don’t give a s)&t about members of the public. We all know those two terrible employees who are profiled on Google reviews. They are the worst. Entitled, clueless wannabe important tyrants.

Horrible customer service. Treat customers like garbage. Like if they are better then them.These 2 "supervisors" should be fired and given a lesson on common courtesy.

The gal handling our daughter’s passport renewal in July was AWESOME! She demonstrated knowledge of what we needed to do and got it done quickly. We were told it’d be delivered in 3 months but we got it in just over a month! Perfect!Professional. Reliable. Quick.

I have to call around to figure out where my actual package is they never leave a note or a slip in the box notifying that my package is at my apartments office. Lazy. every state I've ever lived in even smaller towns then casper and the bigger towns have left slip letting me know where my stuff is.

Horrible service. Horrible attitudes. No care for their work or our mail. Constantly mess up deliveries. They make it impossible to contact someone because they never answer the phone. So then you go in person to hear the same thing they could've told you on the phone. The carriers don't pay attention the addresses on the mail or mailboxes/parcel lockers.

I guess this post office doesn't require people to be friendly to work here. Supervisor Kevin and another employee that seemed to have her hair bun pulled too tight are the rudest most unprofessional employees. Kevin gave a look of disgust when a paying customer extended their hand to shake or fist bump and other mentioned employee abruptly cut a paying customer off in the middle of "helping them." How they stay open is a mystery. No people skills whatsoever.

Haven't been getting my mail delivered right since this post office got sore at me.. It is now 2023 and every year I complain. Worked there in 2007 and was fired after they asked what my religion was. I couldn't find others with similar experiences so I couldn't get them for discrimination.

Do not go to this facility. They have lost/stolen multiple articles of my mail. They’re site still shows multiple articles of my mail at this office after several months. Several investigations are currently underway and the staff will not help you try and track you things. They are liars and thieves at this establishment.

None of the supervisors here have any sort of respect, let alone knowledge of what they are doing. Kevin especially had a nasty attitude, and behaved like he was better than the customer.

Today my package was marked delivered, when I unlocked the box it wasn't there. I called these people and said it was delivered but not there. After giving my address he said the carrier was there and asked her... the actual response I was given was "She said there were a lot of packages today and it was probably put in the wrong box." *Smh* REALLY!? They make it sound like it's no big deal. Not sure how this makes it okay and how they fussed up to losing my package because she wasn't paying attention to the address. How come USPS isn't reimbursing me for my package that they actually admitted losing?
