I set an appointment 2 weeks ago for a vaccination. I got there and they told me they just used the last one earlier in the day. I wait and call this morning. I'm told they do have it and I don't need an appointment. I go in about an hour later and am told, rudely, that they're too busy for walk ins. I tell them about my call to them earlier where I'm told it's not needed also about how I had an appointment previously but it did no good. I was told again they were too busy for a walk in. I went out to my car and set an appointment for 45 minutes from then. My appointment was for 1130, I was there and checked in early. I didn't get my shot until about 12:20. In the meantime the pharmacy techs were walking behind the counter and I did look up every so often at them, wondering if I was forgotten. I heard one of them comment how I kept looking at her but it's not like they could help me. The women there were awful. I understand they were busy and behind but there's no reason to act like that to a customer. I was just trying to get something done that I needed to do.

do not bother with this location. Scheduled an appointment for a vaccine. I received email confirmation of my appointment yet, when I got there 15 mins early they were too busy and unwilling to help me with any of my questions or concerns

This place needs to be more selective of their male staff for the last few years they keep hiring punks who have 0 customer service and frankly I am tired of being treated poorly when I am nothing but friendly towards the staf!

Complete lack of customer service by the pharmacist. Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy unless you enjoy being disappointed & frustrated EVERY time you deal with this location.

They will tell you your medications costs a bunch even though it’s completely paid for by your insurance and make you jump through hoops to prove it.

We went in to get passport photos. Dedosha met us at the door and explained a promotion going on. We left, but came back an hour later to get the photos. Again she met us at the door, remembered that we had been there before. She was very helpful, finding the products we would use to take advantage of the promotion. She was very polite, even telling the person on her phone that she had to go because she was with a customer. We enjoyed working with her.

The pharmacy is awful long waits and rude staff I am on pain management and they are always making a big deal about my scripts and alway causing delays on getting it filled. When I pulled my business from them they made it hard on my other pharmacy to get the scripts .

Horrible experience! You cannot get them to answer their phones and the stupid automated system hangs up constantly. I’ve been trying the last 12 hours to talk to a human at this store… nothing!
And their computers are down… phones too? BS. People need to be able to contact the pharmacy.

Don't bother calling. After the phone tree you get put on hold and then it just hangs up.

The managers at this place are extremely rude. The employees are nice but the managers need to find new jobs.

I had to make an emergency run for my toddler son to get some skin products for the little guy. As I walked in the door an employee named Kyla greeted me so kindly. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately showed me where it was. She was so kind and helpful. My wife sent me to the store and I had no idea what I was looking for. Kyla was younger and it goes to show that generation has some young people with great people skills. Walgreens needs more kylas! I recommend Walgreens for dads if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Ask Kyla!!

Needed a covid test; searched Walgreens online and found my local store has testing appointments available. Setup appointment on their website and showed up on time. Waited in drive-thru 10 minutes. After another few minutes sitting at the window I finally got a human, only to be told they don't have testing kits at this store at all, haven't taken the steps necessary to remove themselves from the list of testing locations, didn't bother to post anything saying so in the drive-thru, and supposedly couldn't notify me when I made the appointment because they couldn't access my information. If you can't do the test, fine, no big deal.But please don't advertise that you do and setup appointments just to waste the customer's time.
