Title: Unpleasant Experience at Walmart West Side I recently had a disappointing experience at Walmart West Side that I feel compelled to share. As someone who values honesty and integrity, I believe it's important to provide an honest review of my encounter. My wife and I visited Walmart West Side, and unfortunately, our visit was marred by what I perceived as judgment based on appearances. While I understand that my outward appearance, including tattoos and a shaved head, may lead to prejudgments, I was disheartened to experience such bias firsthand. My wife, who has a more unassuming appearance with brown hair, did not face the same type of judgment. What particularly bothered me was the manager's behavior. At one point, he instructed an associate to approach us. While I recognize that the associate was just following instructions, I couldn't help but notice them talking and pointing in our direction. The reason for their intervention was to address an issue with a product, specifically cherries that were allegedly not scanned. However, this accusation was unwarranted. My wife had actually purchased grapes, which were properly scanned. The incident left me feeling deeply disrespected and unfairly accused. As a grown man, I have no reason to engage in theft, and the idea of stealing something as trivial as cherries is absurd. Based on my experience, I must caution others against visiting Walmart West Side if they don't fit a certain appearance profile. It's disheartening to think that one's appearance can lead to assumptions of criminal behavior. This incident has certainly left a negative impression on me, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who wants to avoid being wrongly accused or judged. In the end, I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their appearance. It's my hope that sharing my experience will shed light on the need for improved customer service and unbiased treatment at Walmart West Side.

Earlier this evening, me and my bro were getting some stuff and when we got to the checkout this guy (tag said Tristan) asked us how we were doing. I said "I'm good man, how are you?" He said "I'm good... Bro, I need your work out plan" since I was wearing a cut-off (I'm not even that big). This comment freakin MADE MY DAY!!! GET THIS DUDE A RAISE RIGHT NOW!!!

Placed a custom cake order for my kiddos birthday party a couple of days ago went to pick up the cake about a half hour before the party not thinking that I should have just made it my self, but anyway get the cake it looks ok mediocre at best just looking in the box didn't have time to have them make a new one. Get the cake out of the box and it's lopsided?? And looking closer at the decorating OH MY LANTA!! it was awful told them to leave the top left corner with no writing so they squeezed everything along the bottom of the cake the rest of it was just kind of ugly when you PAY someone for a service it's because they should be better at it than you!

Local high school, Natrona, needed over 36 dozen donuts within 12 hours. When called, the bakery here immediately jumped on the case and without any hassle prepared the confection on time. They even went out of their way to help the school load the donuts. Wonderful department in Walmart; great customer service.

A very nice place, has anything you could need! Very professional employees and very helpful. I'd say the other Walmart is more useful for rarer items but still good. Very nice. I highly recommend it.

The auto center was slow, and said the wait time would be 30 minutes but ended up being 2.5 hours. Would recommend changing the oil yourself or just driving your car without oil would be better than having to wait for the service to be performed.

I am not a walmart fan at all, a necessary place, being on the road and filling prescriptions as needed, BUT, we broke down in their parking lot and they accommodated us for about a week, waiting on insurance adjusters and our own attempt to fix whats broken. I, We cant thank them enough for being so understanding. Nights were quiet, with 0 issues. Plenty of overnighters here, but done quietly.

This Walmart is well stocked. They always have plenty of registers open so no long lines. They keep the parking lot cleared in inclement weather. The staff has always been helpful. I do all my grocery shopping here as it's just down the road from my place in PV.

Nice Store with semi clean bathrooms. The employees are helpful, and the selection is great. I would choose this WM over the east side any day!

The automotive Center is the worst ever. Slow, lack of knowledge and customer service. Don't waste you time like I did for a tire sensor reset. Negative stars would work.

People have been putting skimmers on the do it yourself check out. I am a victim of this. My debit/credit card was entirely wiped out of over nine hundred dollars. I'm not sure if it was an inside job. Someone from Georgia went to their Sam's Club with my card number. So the transaction from the state of Wyoming to Georgia took 48 hrs.

I wish I could give negative stars this place is just awful. We had a flat tire on Sunday of all days and after calling several places I found this place. Yes they were open and the lady at the counter said she had our size of tire. I informed her that we would be making a two hour drive and she was certain that she had the tire we needed. Upon arrival however we were in formed that they would sell us the tire but wouldn't put it on due to mismatched tread okay that sucked but that's not all. Then they just walked away we didn't even have a chance to say anything in reply we had to find another place to go and soon since it was getting late and they didn't even offer any helper suggestions even after we told them we didn't live around there and knew no one. That's beyond rude to just shrug and walk off shameful.

This Walmart has less selection and more expensive groceries than the Walmart by the mall. Grapes were twice the price and they did not have the coffee I was looking for, which was stocked at the other Walmart. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Stay away from tire and lube center. I've been to plenty of Wal Mart Tire and Lube centers and most are okay, but this one is noticeably lacking. They are lazy and don't want to work on your car. I went there one hour before close for an oil change and they tried to steer me away so they could close early. There was only one car ahead of me and plenty of workers walking around (not even acting busy). Bad customer service- their workers obviously don't want to be there.
