Samantha made my car purchase so smooth and stress free for me. I haven't bought a new car in 15 years, so it was an unfamiliar process to me. She was incredibly prompt and personable. Overall, I am impressed with WyHy. I appreciate you Samantha!! :) Thank you

WyHy has the worst telephone service. They solely rely on the “shared branch” network to not-help its customers over the phone. There is no way to actually reach someone over the phone at WyHy. Shared branch can’t do much since they are at other brands of credit unions. My debit card gets randomly shutdown without any calls or other notifications. You get to find out when you go to use it. Called WyHy and only get the useless shared branch. Also needed to have a question answered about a loan payment l, called, waited on hold for fifteen minutes before getting hung up on. You have to go to the physical location to get literally anything done. I will be switching banks. What a shame. Tried to keep it local. Your loss. Bye bad customer service!

Great bank and friendly. Slowly switching all my banking to here. Only down side I found out is you can’t get a direct line here, all calls go to the call center in Cheyenne.

Absolutely worst banking experience. Tried opening a new account and sent in a mail to Brandi Hill. She went missing in action and I had to call her every day for 10 days before she would reply. Would not recommend this bank at all.

I love this credit union, best one I've ever been with. I don't usually have any issues but If I have an issue they are very helpful, prompt, courteous and very professional. It is always taken care of right away. I travel for a living and I have no issues with my cards being shut down for traveling on suspicion of fraud. However they were able to immediately shut down my card once for a legitimate fraudulent charge that came through and they were soo great they even overnighted new cards to my location so I wasn't out any inconvenience. They have the best customer service at a credit union I have ever experienced. Joe Dee is the best and always returns her calls and emails usually within same day or 24 hours and is a Godsend to this CU. Thank you Joe Dee for always being there. You're the best.I am not happy About the video teller system. I was told when I joined that they weren't going to do that. But here they are doing it. I'm glad I travel for a living and don't need to use video teller. Smh soo disappointed.

Had to call in for a fee, the longest and most "difficult" part was waiting on hold for just a few minutes.Very fast service, staff were very efficient in helping us and I'm very appreciative! We have been enjoying our account for a while now and are gad we made the swap from Wells Fargo. ?

Never ending password and phone app problems. Takes hours to get ahold of a real person from WYHY! The rent a tellers from the so called "shared services" are helpful as a 2 legged horse.

Currently using WyHy for a loan and not only did my autopay stop working but it took them about 12 days before notifying me about it. after all of that I have to also reconnect my main bank account with them so now I'm about 20 days passed my loan payment all because of the slow customer service.

Not the best policies and procedures in place. If a loan officer says they’re going to do something they should follow through on doing it. Instead two loan payments for one month were secured from my checking account. They won’t credit it back to my account because I don’t bank with them. They have to send me a check per their policy. Meanwhile my checking out will not have overdraft fees because the loan office failed to do what she said she would do. I’ll be refinancing my loans with a different bank ASAP.

The worst company I've dealt with I've tried paying my bills ahead of time and the gals there don't listen to you and when you call to make another payment to stay ahead they had you double pay the truck payment the month before so then you payment is late I would never recommend this company and will be refinancing my truck so I no longer have to deal with the worst customer service half the time there mics do not work you can't hear them and they hang the phone up on you there not worth the time or heart ache to deal they are the worst people to deal with.

the best and most friendly bank I've ever dealt with. I'm not a huge fan of the call center aspect but the bank itself more than makes up for it.
