I have been going through Aaron's in different states for a long time now and I have never had issues with them like I did today. When I originally went there the people where so nice that helped me, and I didn't have any issues. Today however I got the joys of the store manager. She was so rude and disrespectful. When I asked her for her supervisor's name and number, she proceeded to tell me she was the store manager and that she was the boss there was nobody above her. The conversation never should have gotten to the Yelling match that it got to. I know I was in the wrong as well but as a manager she should have known how to control her temper better. She at one point even hung up on me. A PAYING CUSTOMER. She also tried to intimidate me and threaten me. Long story short I will be waiting for the GENERAL manager to call me back and when I am done paying my things off, I will NEVER go back to Aarons, and I will never recommend them to anybody else again. It's sad that one wrong person messes it up for everyone because I did like the people I met in the store the day I went to get my things.

Our business has used various Aaron's locations over the years. I was so lucky to encounter Ashley today, she was rude and appeared as if she didn't want to work. When I asked her if she had a problem with providing customer service, she got more angry and said I was being aggressive LOL so we went to rent a center and they were wonderful! I got everything I needed without getting interrupted. In case Ashley isn't aware, Aaron's has business from customers. Do better.

Not helpful at all. Website is deceptive products listed as avaliable when they are not. Called the store and explained what I was looking for and asked for anything comparable. Essentially told they can't offer these products. Giant waste of time. Home page is an autobot for their chat feature. No point in this. More chance to capture a unicorn then get quality service from this business

Renting to own can be a great experience - However, do not go through these folks if you hope to receive any kind of decent customer service or quality furniture. We've used this company for years and the new GM has really dropped the ball with us.

My wife and I did a mattress set and they broke our frame when they delivered it and they won't make it right. We decided to go get a new mattress set from somewhere else and they told us that we couldn't return it even though we had the protectors on them and they told me if I leave them with them that I'll get a ticket for loitering cuz they wouldn't take them back even though they are leased!!!!

So I have been a customer at this store since it opened in Cheyenne, I have paid off numerous accounts! Since Adam left the store has went to hell! Ashley is unprofessional rude does not handle accounts ignores phone calls! I have to call Fort Collins store and the regional manager over and over! She doesn't follow instructions from them either I paid off a living room set over a year ago have requested ownership papers thru all of the above! Paid off a samsung washer and dryer 2 months ago called Ashley, Fort Collins, regional manager, and emailed Steve Olsen president all of who claimed Ashley was mailing my ownership papers! I followed up several times she avoids my phone calls does not call back and Julie stated on January 22nd that the papers were ready to be mailed but Ashley forgot to buy stamps! Never again will I be a customer at Aaron's and it is sad how people who pay on time and pay off numerous accounts are treated but obviously you DO NOT APPRECIATE OR I GUESS WANT THE BUSINESS!!!! All of the above can be verified thru phone logs and names provided dates times places and accounts!!!!

I want to send a big shout out to Ashley, Tony, and Mark!!! THANK YOU guys so much for everything that you have done for me... you guys are fabulous people to work with!!! I highly recommend purchasing from this particular Aaron's they hired the right people. Awesome knowledge on what they are selling!!! I'LL BE BACK... don't leave!!!!

I have never been to a store where they treated you like an inconvenience. I went in to purchase a mattress. There was only one person in the store that was able to help me and she didn't act like she wanted to make a sale very bad. She went to get me a price on the mattress I was looking at, and never came back. She was talking on the phone, but sent another lady over with a piece of paper with the price on it. I had some questions but unfortunately she could not help. I had to wait for the other lady, whom I presume was a manager. Still on the phone, knowing we were waiting for her, she went outside to talk on her phone. When she finally came back in, there was no apology, no sorry for keeping you waiting. NOTHING. Believe me I would have left but it was the only place I could find in town that day that had mattresses in stock. I needed to bring it home that day. After we loaded it up and I paid the invoice. I got no, Thank you, have a nice day, again NOTHING! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Way better now that they’re under new management and staff. I’m glad I called back to get our products from them. They helped me find a solution to an already owned piece of furniture that had severe quality issues.New management I believe her name is Ashley and the new staff is so kind and helpful. Great sense of humor here now and really lighthearted. They were willing to go above and beyond to help us find the right bed for our kiddo.
