I wanted to get some time in before I left a review for ATR. I can say without a doubt that ATR is one of the most legit, well thought out strength training gyms I've ever been in. Travis, the owner, is a wizard at programing and can easily get you on track to most goals within months, sometimes sooner depending on your overall condition when starting. If you want to take your training to the next level for strongman, Olympic weight lifting, or just all around strength and well being, ATR is where you need to be! Whether you're coming off an injury or trying to prevent one, Travis can get you going in the right direction. Tell him "the builder" sent ya!

Love this gym! Travis and everyone else I met were super cool and the community seems great. Tons of great strongman equipment that I have had a hard time finding anywhere else. I'll definitely be back soon!

Works with people who are injured and hurting. They also are patient kind laid back but also very driven to get people to their goals. Wether it be lose weight gain weight muscle powerlifting to strongman to highlands games. You name it they do it.Travis and many of the regulars are great at orientating you if you have questions and they have awesome online and in person programs. A very local place and if you support local go here!

Welcoming to newbies or seasoned folks. Kind patient and knowledgeable. Work great for injuries. I am injured and they accept working within abilities as well as getting to your goals. Explain things and love questions. Check them out.
