Advance Auto used to be my go to for car parts but after today the Del Range location will be off my list. Everything shows this store opening at 7:30am. I rolled up at 7:35am to find people waiting outside including an employee who said she didn't have keys to get in. The person inside was rude and yelled they open at 8am even though the door sticker, Google and the store website all state they open at 7:30. As long as that old man is working there, I will never go back. At 70+ years old, he should know what customer service is!

Greg is the best! While traveling cross-country we had an unfortunate issue with our side view mirror. We were very stressed and far away from home. We stopped by this location and Greg saved the day! He went out of his way to help and was kind, compassionate and quickly solved our issue, which saved our trip. We’re forever grateful.

A great location, but it would be cool if you updated your business hours on Google maps. There’s a sign on the door saying “Temporary hours, Mon-Sat 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Sun-closed”. I wouldn’t have taken the time to come here at 7:45 IF I KNEW YOU WERE CLOSED!

I had a great experience. Greg the general manager was very helpful and went above and beyond. My battery was bad and so had to drive 8 hours. Even though I bought my battery in a different town he took the time to call them find my warranty and took great care of me.

Greg is so proffessional and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with the smappest item giving us the worst kind of trouble. We had gone to more than five othet auto stores, computer stores, part outlets- spoke to subject matter experts yet these people were not even willing to look to see if they could be.of help. The troublesome part the smallest of blade connector. Greg kindnrss in locating, instruction of install is inspirational. Thank you Greg for all you do! Our next search- we will start at Advanced Auto Parts on Del Range Cheyenne.
