I had a few small issues with my RV. I am new to RV’ing. Turn out they are like little houses and owners should develop their punching list of small problems..
After contacting Blue Compass, they sent someone to get my trailer and take it back to their service department. A few days later, everything was fixed!
The service department was friendly and professional.
Sometimes how a company treats a customer after there is a problem, is more important than getting a good price.

Kinzie was amazing from the very first conversation. We had a hitch failure when trying to leave the state park, she was able to get the replacement there the next morning and get it installed and get us on the road. She was so kind and helpful during a very stressful time. The entire staff was amazing. I would trust Blue Compass for all your RV needs!

We had a shower/plumbing fitting issue and Blue Compass' parts department fixed our part for no charge. Great service.

Great people in parts department. Kinzie Baker was able to find the part I needed immediately. Great selection of the best brands of common RV parts and supplies are on-hand. Part prices are on or below internet sources, unlike most dealerships in our area. If the service and sales department are anything like the parts department, you won't go wrong doing business here.

Love the staff over at blue compass! Ashley C and the service manger Jason are super nice and very helpful with what I needed. Will definitely be back. I would recommend Blue compass over Bishs Rv ANYDAY! Stop over and see them for any Rv needs and accessories they are a growing company with friendly staff and they definitely know how to get stuff done in a timely manner. I forgot to mention communication is there for sure ?? ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
