You would think that if someone ordered 14 dozen donuts.... you would let them know you didn't have them BEFORE you go to pick them up. No...Albertsons just canceled with no notice, phone call... nothing. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ??????

Albertsons is the closest store to me. Every time I go there out of something. There shelves are empty most of the time. When I went yesterday to get something they said it was on the truck and they would have it tomorrow. Went back tonight and they said sorry it wasn't on the truck. It's too the point I would rather drive to King Soopers knowing there shelves are full and I can get everything need. It's a disappointment how much this store has declined.

Just did a delivery from Albertsons and they were out of half of what I ordered. They subbed the cases of water I ordered and charged me for them, but I didn’t even receive them, so I’m out $10. Order was to be delivered between 3-5pm nope it was 6pm. A heads up would of been nice. Think I’ll stick with King Soopers. To many times spent trying to shop here and walking out without what I need.

I am writing this review solely for the deli. Purchasing a few things I needed, I stopped by the deli out of curiosity. I was extremely happy to find a plant based offering of a "chicken" dish. I purchased it immediately. This is the only Cheyenne grocery deli I know of that has a plant based entree selection. Kudos, Albertsons. There are a few vegetarians even in Wyoming.

Went to get one chicken breast from the meat counter. Waited for a ridiculous amount of time while the person working behind the meat counter was being instructed by some other person about the placement of signs. This discussion started AFTER both saw me standing there. Both looked at me numerous times and continued to ignore me. Finally asked what I needed and proceeded to wrap up the single chicken breast… no sorry, no thank you, no nothing! Horrible customer service!

Communication could be better when you call and tell the techs what INSURANCE needs billed. I think they are friendly and helpful. I don't think the wait times they tell people to process, get approval with Insurance payment is less than accurate,it's always longer. If they over promised in this area, they might have higher CS ratings. ?

They no longer care to serve the public's health and I have been accommodating when they lost prescriptions or stole a few pills to paid their bottom line. I will switch everything to mail order. [That should tell you something about how bad things are at this pharmacy.]

I had the nicest clerk tonight- a young man who chatted about his autism while he rang me up, helped me find a better deal on a product and made me feel great about my shopping experience. I live across town and feel pretty loyal to south side Safeway but I may pop in here more often. What a great guy.
