I've always loved this pharmacy until recently when their system stopped automatically refilling and notifying me of my prescriptions. Ran out of one medication they never refilled. Partly my fault for relying on their automatic system.

Thank you so much to the supervisor in the in the pharmacist who assisted me. The pharmacist handled it extremely well especially considering I went to the wrong Albertsons. Thank you so much because it was a very sensitive topic.
Kerry for the pharmacy on Yellowstone apologize for the situation in and was able to answer my question so we can finish the process with my prescription.
Both sites handled it very well nobody likes to be humiliated over the phone regarding their prescription especially if they're disabled.

A pharmacy technician named Janae (I am not sure how she spells it,) went above and beyond to help me with a prescription issue due to prescribing providers lack of communication. I was in contact with her several times. I am impressed with her professionalism, customer service and thoroughness. All of the staff at this Pharmacy deserves 5 stars. I especially wanted to recognize Janae for her help. Thank you!

Pharmacy has poor communication with staff been trying to fill meds for 2 weeks after i got a doctors script called in they did not notify me of a mediciation shortage until i called for the refill status wouldve like to have know that sooner. Lines are always long and slow and takes forever to get meds not happy with the service and will be switching pharmacys

Terrible. I showed up on time for a vaccine appointment and the pharmacist snapped at me and told me it would be an hour or more. The tech then proceeded to lecture me on how much they have to get done today. I took off work for an appointment, not a rude lecture from a ghetto pharmacy and rude staff. Won't be back.

Very upset with the pharmacy and staff. I was lied to twice about a insurance company being suspended, so now I owe blue cross blue shield federal $715.45 for a overpayment, when it should of been billed directly to tricare. If it was billed to Tricare , I needed it have the prescription pre-authorized. And of course it was not. I will not use that pharmacy any longer.

Went in just after 6. No rotisserie chickens. Walked over to deli. No fried chicken, no potato wedges, no tenders. Nothing. I understand its the dinner rush but at least constantly be making stuff to fill the empty spaces. Placed basket on floor and just left.

Just bought a bag of “ boneless honey bbq” pieces from the deli that the bag said were rib meat pieces. nope, half the pieces were gizzards, and there were a lot of chunks of fried breading with bbq sauce on them. What a waste of money!
