I've had it. I look at my account activity on a daily. My card will get declined even going past 3 dollars of what is in my bank account and now all of a sudden I've been in 100s of dollars in the negative. It also wasn't like that last week.

My business has been banking with ANB for years and couldn't be happier. We chose them because of their low rates, but we've stayed because of the support. They've been an email or phone call away for any issue thats come up. Highly recommend.

We bank at this branch almost exclusively BECAUSE of the wonderful staff. Allison, Corrine and McKenna always welcome us with a smile and are ready and able to tackle anything our business needs!

The three girls at this branch (Connie Allison McKenna ) are the only reason I am still with this bank. They have really worked hard for me and I love the job they do. Would not go anywhere else

ANB bank always sets itself apart because of their extremely friendly people. Especially Corrine.

I love my bank Branch. The entire team is responsive and caring. They are ready to resolve issues rapidly and they are super convenient - branches everywhere! This bank is on the move and committed to city and country.

I think this bank is awesome. The lady's are nice and know you by name. I have my ATM card in the machine so many times that it's funny. Need to pull that baby out fast. When I'm sick they are always concerned about the welfare of my health. Ladies keep up the good job. Enjoy each time I go to you all that you greet me with a smile and by name.

ANB is the worst of any Wyoming bank, I highly recommend you stay far far away from this bank. If I could give them a 0 I would. Their attitudes towards customers are horrible, zero customer service, and just all around bad attitudes. Policies also stink. Stay far away.

I've been banking with ANB for years, and I've finally had it. I'm sick of my balance changing on me without notice or reason. I'll check my balance at 4 pm and by 9 I have a charge that was supposedly posted at noon. Also, what kind of jackass locks the night deposit box? Yeah, that was me that left the note. I stayed up for 5 hours just to come in at 6 am and find it locked. Thanks for costing me $35 in late fees that you won't remove.

Wish I could give this bank ZERO starts. I accidentally walked away from the ATM at this branch without pulling my card out last night (12/8). When I called to inquire about getting my card back, the manager Allison Nekola informed me that the company that services this ATM does not pull the cards out until "Wednesday." This means that I will have to wait FIVE days until (12/14) to retrieve my card or even confirm that my card is even in there. She also refused to give me the name and number of the company, so I could see if I could call them myself. Consequently, at the end of the conversation I asked to talk to her bosses boss whose name is Patrick Flannery. She also informed me that he is out of the office (of course) until this afternoon. This is terrible customer service. I won't be using this ATM or bank again. I would appreciate a resolution to this problem BEFORE Wednesday, but unfortunately it doesn't appear that it will happen. I guess we will see what Mr. Flannery says this afternoon.
