Arrow did a great job with my move from beginning to end. David was personable and professional and got right back to me with the cost for the move and then helped me schedule it. Each packer/mover shook my hand and introduced himself. I appreciated that and it put my mind at ease with having strangers in my house. Barb was in continuous contact with me until after the shipment arrived, making sure everything went well. I also appreciated being able to text my questions.

5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. From getting a quote with Dave, to our move coordinator Barb, and last but certainly not least our driver Aaron! They were so great to work with. Aarons team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!!! Charles, Chicken, Mike! Amazing!!! My family of four can not thank you all enough! Definitely recommend, 10/10, if the time comes that we move again Arrow Moving & Storage will be our first call!

Had a canoe on my sofa, sofa was damaged and this company took zero responsibility for their actions and refused to compensate. Talk a big game of how good they are and their abilities. However you find out too late just how shady they are too late after the move and damages are done. Half my climbing hunting stand missing. offered less than half of replacement. My custom built table top (Which was on my high value listing) came off the truck busted straight down the middle. replacement cost over $3K. offered less than half to "repair" a busted table top that is a show piece. Save yourself a huge headache and find a different company. This company is amateur at best.

David, Brent, and Scott were Great. Moved quickly and they were very professional.
Used Arrow 2 years ago to deliver my household items and they packed and picked up my stuff again. Vincent F. and Mario B. were very professional at their job and conscience of COVID the entire time. I recommend this company to everyone!

Mario, Jarrod and Kelton were absolutely fantastic! Wasted no time and flew through the packing and loading. Extremely professional and respectful of the property and my items. I couldn’t be happier. If I could give 10 stars I would.
