Megan Miller at the store in Cheyenne, Wyoming provided, by far the best customer service I have ever received from anyone in this store. I truthfully always dread having to come into the store because the customer service is always slow, rude and unhelpful. She problem solved and worked hard to get all my issues solved. She was very helpful, nice, friendly and professional.

Overall the store seems fine but the guy at the store was horrible. His name is Zackary. He took forever looking over info, confirmed payment, supposed to email receipt,which didnt get, then next morning found out it was voided. So major inconvenience to drive back. He seemed drunk or high and not first time we have dealt with him that way. When we returned luckily Chad was there and fixed the problem and was very helpful.

Long story short: Chad is the absolute bestCame in last week & Chad helped me out with upgrading my phone, educating me on services & products. Not only was he great at his job, knowledgeable, helpful but it was very evident that he cared about each & every customer that walked in. I spent a lot of time there while upgrading my phone, getting a tablet & getting additional services added on, so he helped other customers that came in with the same willingness to help, and on top of all of that, he was great to talk to so the 1+ hours I spent there waiting for my phone to transfer, it didn’t even feel like a drag.

Went to AT&T to buy a phone case and screen. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Chad made helpful suggestions and put my screen protector on perfectly. I would go back.

Chad is by FAR the best AT&T employee I've done business with. He worked for over 5 hours to get my disconnected phone back up and working since FirstNet cancelled it for no reason.

They are trying to say we owe them 900 for TV equipment that we turned in over a year ago. We have service but never sent a bill on this. My husband upgraded with no problem. We decided a watch ooppps all of a sudden this 900 bill. No to AT&T and direct tv

After the shipping company used by at&t wouldn’t help me get my phone one of the managers spent 30 min on the phone with them to get me my phone. They totally did not need to do that but did anyways. Really good people that work there
