Owner kept me up to date on everything. She rushed all the parts to come in due to myself not having another vehicle. She even told me “you can call me tomorrow if you need a ride to work, I am willing to give you ride”. She even tracked down FedEx herself since they were taking awhile to deliver my bumper to her, so she went ahead and tracked them down & got it herself just so I can have my car by tomorrow. After contacting Blue Compass, they sent someone to get my trailer and take it back to their service department. A few days later, everything was fixed!
The service department was friendly and professional.

“It was a weird day, and I'm glad for their help.Had to help a friend change a tire today, I show up, and they had lug locks. After a panicked search, couldn't find it. I took a picture of the lug, and went to this O'Reilly hoping to get what I needed. Talk to a nice lady behind the counter, she grabbed an assortment of locks, and with my picture (which wasn't really great) she was able to figure out which one I needed.She was helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. I only wish I got her name to be able to give her proper kudos. Great experience.”
