“It was a weird day, and I'm glad for their help.Had to help a friend change a tire today, I show up, and they had lug locks. After a panicked search, couldn't find it. I took a picture of the lug, and went to this O'Reilly hoping to get what I needed. “So we got a hailstorm that did some damage to our vehicles and we decided to go back to the place where we’d had great hail repair service a few years ago, which had been Lennox and found they’d retired or sold to Crash Champions. They treated me with courtesy, kindness and were professional. I got my car in quickly as they had, had a cancellation. My car was done in a week and their work was absolutely great, my baby looked brand new. I was kept informed the whole week of the progress on my vehicle. They also coordinated very well with my insurance company and the car rental agency. I am quite pleased with their work, and customer service was excellent, so they made this hail repair as painless as possible.
