“It was a weird day, and I'm glad for their help.Had to help a friend change a tire today, I show up, and they had lug locks. After a panicked search, couldn't find it. I took a picture of the lug, and went to this O'Reilly hoping to get what I needed. Talk to a nice lady behind the counter, she grabbed an assortment of locks, and with my picture (which wasn't really great) she was able to figure out which one I needed.She was helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. I only wish I got her name to be able to give her proper kudos. Great experience.”

“After receiving check engine codes and taking our vehicle to our regular local service company they recommended we take our vehicle to a more qualified transmission repair place. Because this was going to be an expensive repair, we shopped around and looked at reviews and decided to take our vehicle to Halladay Nissan in Cheyenne, WY. They were able to give us an estimate and it was competitive.We brought our 2013 Pathfinder into Halladay Nissan be serviced for a replacement CVT transmission. They still took the time to check out our Pathfinder, and it was indeed determined that a replacement transmission was warranted.When the parts arrived the 1rst transmission failed. We were disappointed but were glad the service department kept us in the loop, and they were very transparent about the whole process. We had another vehicle we could rely on. Halladay Nissan even offered us a loaner vehicle, but we didn't need it, so we were able to get by while the 2nd transmission was ordered. They let us know right away and the 2nd replacement was immediately ordered. Once it arrived the service department let us know the progress and gave an accurate timeline needed for the transmission replacement.The entire service department was communicative and friendly. Jeff Chai, the service department manager, was most helpful in making sure our transmission replacement was done in as timely a manner as possible. Even with unforeseen circumstances, he communicated what was going on every step of the way. Ed, the parts department manager, made sure our parts were ordered correctly and Kelly, the shop foreman, made sure everything was done right. They honored their estimate for repairs.Overall, it was a really great team effort. We are very satisfied and highly recommend the service department at Halladay Nissan.”
