“Alex is my hero. What amazing customer service. I bought wiper blades from a different O’Reilly in Oregon before setting off on a cross country road trip. That store didn’t offer to install them for me. One just fell off while at the gas station cleaning my windshield. I zipped over here, and Alex got me some new blades installed in no time and didn’t charge for the faulty part (I think it was faulty since the one remaining wasn’t clicking in well either). I really appreciate the wonderful customer service and I’m ready to get back on the road! Thank you!”

Glad to have a Napa in Cheyenne and I saved a bit of money with a Military discount. The Dodge/Jeep dealer was closed for a Holiday... I'm just super happy that they were open today to fix my jeep.”

I've gone to several places while I've been working on my Honda, and at most of those places youre going to interact with people who have never even looked at a wrench, if you get lucky they won't be high while youre asking them questions.
At this location, off Dell Range however, they know what their talking about and are more than happy to come out and help you with what you need. They may even shoot the spit with you a bit while youre cranking away offering advice.
I'm sure it won't be the exact same crew everytime but when I went they were all amazing.”

“I'm visiting from Texas and the water pump went out in my truck and I'm in Laramie right now with my family called over to the AutoZone and Ed was nice enough to look up my warranty and see that my water pump was under warranty and was able to place it on hold for me made the trip from Laramie to Cheyenne to get the water pump were Matthew was able to help me complete my transition by getting the water pump some antifreeze and some other accessories I may need really appreciate all the help I was able to get my water pump changed and be on the road thank you to the team that worked there”

“I had an amazing experience with this store. My car had been acting up for a few weeks, and because I really need my car, it was stressing me out a lot. We came in to ask if they could take a look at the Alternator, and they told us they could. The store manager, Amanda, came and helped out, found out that it was actually the battery that was acting up. Within fifteen minutes, she had sold us a new battery and even changed it for us out of kindness! Keep in mind, it was also pretty cold and dark out. She was a real life saver and so sweet! I highly recommend this store!”

I also thought my rear blinker light was out and he found it was the front…he was very quick to help and replace that bulb for me! “So we got a hailstorm that did some damage to our vehicles and we decided to go back to the place where we’d had great hail repair service a few years ago, which had been Lennox and found they’d retired or sold to Crash Champions. They treated me with courtesy, kindness and were professional. I got my car in quickly as they had, had a cancellation. My car was done in a week and their work was absolutely great, my baby looked brand new. I was kept informed the whole week of the progress on my vehicle. They also coordinated very well with my insurance company and the car rental agency. I am quite pleased with their work, and customer service was excellent, so they made this hail repair as painless as possible.
