“ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING BODY SHOPS IN CHEYENNE!! We took our Kia Optima to get the body work done after getting it maintenance at Meineke . They are such amazing people! Owner kept me up to date on everything. She rushed all the parts to come in due to myself not having another vehicle. She even told me “you can call me tomorrow if you need a ride to work, I am willing to give you ride”. She even tracked down FedEx herself since they were taking awhile to deliver my bumper to her, so she went ahead and tracked them down & got it herself just so I can have my car by tomorrow. Jillian also had trouble with her computer. The manager walked over and made a comment about how someone had a screen up that shouldn't be up and they deserved to be shot”

I've gone to several places while I've been working on my Honda, and at most of those places youre going to interact with people who have never even looked at a wrench, if you get lucky they won't be high while youre asking them questions.
At this location, off Dell Range however, they know what their talking about and are more than happy to come out and help you with what you need. They may even shoot the spit with you a bit while youre cranking away offering advice.
I'm sure it won't be the exact same crew everytime but when I went they were all amazing.”

“I had an amazing experience with this store. My car had been acting up for a few weeks, and because I really need my car, it was stressing me out a lot. We came in to ask if they could take a look at the Alternator, and they told us they could. The store manager, Amanda, came and helped out, found out that it was actually the battery that was acting up. Within fifteen minutes, she had sold us a new battery and even changed it for us out of kindness! Keep in mind, it was also pretty cold and dark out. She was a real life saver and so sweet! I highly recommend this store!”

“So we got a hailstorm that did some damage to our vehicles and we decided to go back to the place where we’d had great hail repair service a few years ago, which had been Lennox and found they’d retired or sold to Crash Champions. They treated me with courtesy, kindness and were professional. I got my car in quickly as they had, had a cancellation. My car was done in a week and their work was absolutely great, my baby looked brand new. I was kept informed the whole week of the progress on my vehicle. They also coordinated very well with my insurance company and the car rental agency. I am quite pleased with their work, and customer service was excellent, so they made this hail repair as painless as possible.
