“Missile Auto body did a great job after the hail we had in GlendoRes in July, my 2023 was brand new and they made it look like the day I drove off the dealership except for the Top which is on back order do to auto union strikes. Lencho, was very informative, when I took it in for an estimate my insurance company had high mark for them, glad I chose them. Everything was top notch. very courteous and professional.Not sure why other think that the owner are not very nice, they sit there and talked to me and made feel quite at home. very nice folks along with their staff as well. If I had a part fail because I had an older car everything was warrantied, even the labor! I never felt gauged and always received honest work, honest quotes, and amazing customer service. The receptionist that works here is the best, so patient and kind. I am sad I bought a new car and now go to a dealership for repairs. I’d rather go to tnt every time!!! “This location was a preferred partner with my insurance company so I scheduled an appointment for a windshield crack repair. Appointment was easy to make online, but they were booked almost 2 weeks out. Since it was just a crack, that wasn't a huge deal. The tech Adam called me to give me a heads up when he was on his way and once he arrived, he got it taken care of without any issue.”
