Fixed my oven in time for Easter. Very helpful and polite on the phone. The serviceman Caleb did a good job and had the igniter replaced in no time.

Buyer Beware...Not what they once were...Repair manager flat out told me he has no interest in fixing their mistakes on my brand new appliance because I live out of town by 12 miles and they have too much to do in Cheyenne. Then why lie to me for a sale and say you service my area if you don't and sell me a worthless extended warrantly. Buyers Beware...yet another business in Cheyenne who will say anything for a sale.. Jesus deal with them!

Nightmare warranty issue, do not use them if you think you're under warranty!!!Had my dishwasher repaired and was told it would be under warranty. I was even able to provide receipt proof of purchase and again was told it would be under warranty. I get a invoice in the mail with no call or anything saying it's not under warranty. I have called B&B and whirlpool multiple times to resolve this and requested them to let me know if there are any issues. There has been no communication and just continued mailing of statements. I am appalled by B&B's genuine disinterest in helping me fix this and would definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you still have warranty because they will not assist in fixing problems. If in the future they do decide to help me I'll gladly fix this review but I'm extremely doubtful, 0 stars.

Had an appointment, the guy ran late and forgot to call me. He then told me the office would reach out to reschedule and 2 days later still no call and nobody answers the phone when I call in! Terrible service.

All my home appliances have been purchased at B&B. They are so helpful as I picked out items, advising me of pros and cons of differnt models and makes, and they're just the nicest folk - what is missing at any one of the big box stores. They are a valuable provider in Cheyenne - we're so fortunate they're here.

I kept getting sheets stuck under the agitater in my washing machine every time I'd put a load in. So I had b & b come out to fix it. I figured the tech would take it apart and atleast investigate the issue since I've never had this problem before with countless loads or at the very least take it apart to save my sheet that was stuck but all I got was 5 minutes spent ripping the sheet out and a 105$ bill. I'll never use this service again

Working with the B&B team has been a great experience. We had a situation come up during our new build with a misunderstanding around an ordered appliance. They were flexible and amazing to work with to get the issue resolved at no cost to us. Really appreciate them, and will continue to look at appliances from them first!

Have gone in here twice in the last few years both for dryer knobs. This last one terry was on the phone when I walked in with a customer that seemed to just want to just talk about there issue after a few minutes of him talking and seeing me there he walks over grabs the knob I’m there for rings it up and all billed out and whispers have a good day while multi tasking top notch service thank you
