“Thank you Teya for an outstanding services with me this morning 10/31/25 @ 8.45am, even though we were short with the deposit due to missed drop of the currency and your persistent to make sure it was correct and had stop me on the way out and told me you had find the issues. I was relieved and I don't think any of the employees like you deserve a raise in your position! Also the manger that help assist at the time was also patiently explain how I would have to go back to Wells Fargo for assistance of miss handling currency.
I almost give up because I know what amount I had. At the end Teya came through! Thank you again for your persistent and finding out and at the end it was just a little hiccup. Also not many store employees give access to little early opening due to I was early on my part. Great job team in this Chase bank branch location! Highly recommend this branch, outstanding!”

“My husband and I have been struggling this year with his unemployment and working with the disability process and the shut down and all the things, we were scared we were going to lose our truck and our home. Blue holds the note for our truck and a personal loan on each of us and they have always helped us. Every call I make I get a positive, compassionate person who helps me in anyway they can even if it is just informational and to give me words of encouragement. I have never had anything but helpful counter help inside the 7th ave branch as well. I have had accounts with other banks, but none of them are as wonderful as the Blue I bank at now.
