I love coming here for facials. I see Lannie every four weeks and I can see a significant improvement in my skin. Lannie always customizes my facials to my skin’s needs making for a great experience. Definitely recommend!

I would not recommend Bellanova for a facial or body scrub. Rachel was out of town so I had my services completed by Rachel's sister. She talked during the entire service, often about unprofessional topics. It was not relaxing at all. My treatment was done on a tattoo chair so I wobbled back and forth during the treatment, the facial steamer ran out of water halfway through and I had to ask for it to be refilled, and the esthetician was really rough applying the products. She didn't fully remove the products either and at the end of my session she was picking flakes of one of the face masks off of my skin.I went here because I had a gift card but I would go back to Adore Day Spa in the future. I see many positive reviews for Rachel, so I would request her if you do book a treatment here.EDIT: I relayed my concerns to Jen, the manager and she immediately took care of me and helped resolve my issues. This was a really great sign in my book of a good business!
