The man who runs this shop is a great but not pushy sales person. Service is done quickly and he fixes only want really needs to be fixed. I trust this place.

False advertisement! They promote vacuum repair but just give you the run around. Couldn't even guarantee to fix my shark vacuum. Prices changed during our conversation. He wasnt very convincing. So decided to take my business else where. Terrible customer service and overpriced.

I bought my machine knowing that Blakeman Vacuum and Sewing offered 6 hours of free classes with a purchase. I have not gotten one call about a class or even a follow up. No one knows my machine when I call with questions. And evidently none of the phones work? Cheyenne is the only store that can answer minus Casper one time telling me my machine issues were Cheyenne issues. I had to drive my machine 2 hours to a GOOD Bernina dealer that could actually help me with my issue. my machine had been squeeling when I embroider. and I've called no less than 15 times between all 4 stores to talk to literally anyone who knew something about my machine.

Amanda is a very knowledgeable helpful and patient teacher. She herself is a very experienced seamstress but has patience with those of us learning a new machine or digital functions. She has suggestions for items that make our Sewing easier but is not pushy in her salesmanship which I very much appreciate. She is willing to answer questions and very good at listening to what problems I may be having.

Having this store in Cheyenne is wonderful. I bought a simplicity several years ago and their customer service and knowledge is great. I recently Purchased a Miele from Amanda and I can’t say enough good things about her. Her knowledge of the products she sell is amazing. She is what you want in a salesperson. She spends time explaining how the machines work and never pressures you into buying. You can tell she really loves her job. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Ask for Amanda.

I ended up very disappointed. I went in and looked into financincing. But after telling them very clearly that No I did not want to finance at that time because I had to discuss the payments with my husband, they opened a $500 line of credit in my name anyway.

I was told over the phone that she had 5 Bobbins in a BAG for $21 + tax. When I got there she had put them in a bottle and charged me additional $4 because they were in the bottle which I did not ask for or want but had to pay for. I drove 40 miles!! I won't go back to this store.

I took my Riccar vacuum in to be serviced back in October after finding this stores information on the Riccar website. I paid my $75 deposit for the new handle and hose and likely to unclog something stuck where I couldn't get to it.

I took my serger machine in for service. The sales person was more interested in trying to sell me an $8,000 machine than in servicing mine. The servicing was supposed to take 2 weeks; it took 6. When I tried 4 times to call the store to ask where it was, no one answered the phone, and no one returned my calls or messages that I left. Only after I contacted the head office did the Cheyenne store get around to calling me. They promised it the end of the next week. At the end of the next week I had to call them again. They said they didn't have my machine; it would be on the truck the next week. An hour later they called back and said they had it; it had just been sent to Casper by mistake and they didn't notice that it had been returned to their store. The clerk tried to blame the delay on the weather (the weather didn't turn bad until after the machine was overdue) and on needing to order a blade from their vendor (I have gotten that blade myself from a store in Fort Collins without waiting a month). When I finally got to pick up my serger, the clerk plugged it in and turned on the light to show me that it worked, then had me sign a form that it was working fine. Turning on the light shows that the motor, timing, cutting blade, and everything else works?
