Well came to buy a few pairs of boots, but their doors were locked! Even though it was before their posted closed time, & they just stood there starring us until we pulled off. They just lost about a $400 purchase & my business. Smh. ?

There to purchase boots for my granddaughters birthday. Great selection and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus they give military and veterans discount which I am.

Absolutely rude women sales associates. No help at all, and we were tripping over racks of boots and clothes in the middle of rows and in front of dressing room.

Wow let me start out with just rude. I am from Colorado so I deal with rude people all the time but brandy here takes the cake. I came up here to check out the store and was instantly turned off with the lack of human compassion. Dropped 500.00 and asked to use the restroom one girl let me the other brandy said loudly that I would have said no. All staying around the cash registers gabbing instead of helping customers.Shame shame no class.

They only have like three choices for women's work boots, I got the Cheyennes. They are the most uncomfortable things I've ever put on my feet, but I spent too much money to go buy something else. Been wearing them to work every day since August and they just keep getting worse. Boot barn is for fake blinged out wanna be cowboys. Not for people who actually work.

Really good customer service at this location. They have good parking as well, and the displays are always kept up. If there's something you're looking for that isn't currently in-store they can order the item to the store where you can try it on & return the same day if it doesn't work out. They offer military discount, & if you shop here (or at boot barn in general) often I highly recommend making an account for the rewards.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. 2 ladies at the register and one was Absolutely rude who was wearing the glasses. Staff need better training in customer service and how to welcome customers into the store as well as addressing customers as to why they can't help. If you treat customers like this during frontier days that explains why your customer traffic is so low. We will more than likely no longer come to this shop and instead deal with the parking downtown at the Wrangler. Thanks for making the experience of buying our soon to be babies first pair of boots Absolutely horrible.

Overpriced and the counter had 3 workers at it. Not one looked up when I walked in and no one asked if I needed help till I was leaving. I went to Murdoch's better selection and cheaper
