Last fall I had someone hit my pickup and it was an absolute mess dealing with insurance and the driver who hit me. However, the lone bright spot was Caliber Collision with how professional and quick they were to get my pickup back in running condition. Derek from Caliber even let me take my truck before the new grill was back in-stock. When the grill part came in he called and that day I got it put on and was good as new. Caliber Collision definitely goes over and beyond on their costumer service. It’s not at all a sales pitch speech how they talk to their costumers. It’s always with wide open respect and greet you like family. My vehicle was dented by another person and pushed me to take time out of my working life to fix someone’s damage on my own vehicle is frustrating and they helped to reassure me and had my vehicle done earlier than scheduled. Also sent me on my way with handyman bright knowledge about my vehicle. I have nothing but mad respect. I’m thankful to encounter such great costumer service during a frustrating time. Thank you!

Great service from Aaron at this location, but as I put on their own website review; dissapointed that ALL of my tires were below 20 psi causing me to try and find a working air pump to get them all back to par.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I hit a deer and smashed a big hole in my car, but you would never know it after Caliber was done with it! They are great at communicating and keeping you updated on what is happening with your vehicle and were just very nice overall! After being involved in an accident I had my car towed here. Little did I know I would be so well taken care of. Victoria at the front desk was so good at communicating with me. And Steve did an excellent job with my repairs and keeping me informed on them. I was in an accident recently and needed body work done. Caliber in Brooklyn Park was great to work with. They filed everything straight through insurance, had my renal on site, and got the repairs done quickly. Stephen was very communicative throughout the process; giving me updates during the repairs. Caliber will currently only take your business if you are an "insurance partner." Apparently paying hard cash doesn't make you worthy enough as a customer.This is a huge red flag
