We are recently moving to Cheyenne and I called last week looking for prices for storage the lady here was so rude to me, put me on hold for a good 20 mins, I ask about sizing and prices and all she told me was we don’t have them available then I asked so your full and she said no I said okay can I have prices and she hung up on me. So rude and unprofessional. Don’t rent here

poor customer service and unprofessional - I recently called 1/6/23 @10:20 AM and spoke with a lady about storage unit sizes and prices. The Capitol City Storage Representative was rude and inconsiderate saying," I don't have time to go through all the storage options with you." RED FLAG - I'd be cautious to associate yourself with someone who conducts themself in that manner.

Said I was on the way to rent only storage lot told her I was driving there and b there two hours when we got there we had to wait on the lady just to b told we were out if luck sorry she said she rented it cause we not show up owell went down the Road and got a better deal on one... Do not go there they will rent u out...then u b like us and have to find a Better one...thanx for waiting on us......
