Evan was of such great help. I needed help putting a dang PITA pin back into my headlight chamber to hold the bulb…went in and asked for assistance and he got right to it, no questions asked! I also thought my rear blinker light was out and he found it was the front…he was very quick to help and replace that bulb for me! Everyone I met here has a great attitude, but all props go to Evan today for helping a man out in need haha! Keep rocking on and doing what you do best bro! 🤘🏽

The guys at Carquest were great, customer service was very welcoming, I placed an online order a day in advance in order to repair my blower motor, drive belt, and brake switch on my Tahoe, which was fairly easy, and the discounts are unbelievable, I was given the wrong drive belt but called the store, went back and picked up the correct product, the Spring savings event allows you to save 20% on online orders over $100, and it's well worth it, I'll be utilizing the online orders again in the future, try it for yourselves 🙌🏿...

Gone way downhill in the last few months, gotten to the point I avoid certain sales people when I call. Wrong parts , numbers transposed on orders, orders forgotten. The now are on par with the McDonald's of car parts places" orielly,advance auto, auto zone. C'mon car quest, pay your help better, train them so they stick around and be the store you used to be.

Had my alternator go out on my 2005 Ford F-350 power-stroke with the 6.0L engine and when I contacted a few places around town to see what my options were this store car-quest auto parts that’s located right next to the family dollar was the best price and the staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The store was clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone as my alternator that I had purchased from them is still the same alternator I have in my truck today going on a year now
