What an evil company. They wont close my account and give me my money. Every time i try to use the debit card they say it is fraud. Every time i try to transfer money out they say it is fraud. Was on the phone for over a hour and the last person hung up on me. You cant get hold of anyone in charge. I think it is a game to them. I just want my money. Very evil company.

Terrible customer service. I lost my wallet the other day and it had everything in it including my debit and credit cards. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until right before the branch was closing and tried to stop on my way home to, at the very least, put on hold on my debit card. These people wouldn't even open the door. They waited for a security guard to make sure I got back into my car.
Look, I understand you were closing. But you could have had some decency and opened the door to just tell me, hey sorry, we just shut down our computers please come back tomorrow and we'll help you out. Instead, you treated me like a common criminal and hid behind glass doors until I got back into my car. I wasn't dressed poorly or appeared in anyway to be threatening. I was just a guy who had a very unfortunate evening and was looking for a little assistance in person. The 1-800 number was more helpful than these people. Why even have local branches open? Treating customers like that is disgusting.

I just moved back to Wyoming from Virginia and had a major problem with my accounts. No fault of Chase Bank or myself. I went in to talk to them and was greeted and waited on immediately. Drake Guerra and another banker (sorry forgot his name) helped me it took awhile to straighten out the mess. They both were awesome which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend this bank. Great staff, helpful and everything worked out great.

Just opened a new account after being fed up with my current/old bank. It was easy, fast, and painless. But seriously, Michael the banker made the whole experience amazing. He was funny, open minded, kind, sarcastic and entertaining. 10/10 - so glad I went in today! Highly recommend.

Best banking experience of my lifetime! Seriously, Micheal was exceptionally patient, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to explain technological advances in banking in terms I understood. Honestly, he had to walk this old lady through everything! Once again my thanks to Michael and the amazing team at Chase!

Have numerous accounts and investments with Chase. Can’t notarize my Will? That’s the axiom of being a notary!!! Am a veteran; I can find plenty of credit unions to secure my money, my investments, and provide service. Disgusted with the downhill slide Chase bank is showing.
