Darcy and her team made home-buying a very pleasant experience! Her and Jennifer (her Assistant) shielded me from all the potential stress by not only keeping me aware of what was happening, but by sign-posting the timing of what was coming next so that I could get documents ready, etc. I was "in the know" from application to funding!
