Beats the heck out of a grocery story pharmacy! Kelsey and her team are amazing AND on the off chance you have to wait for more than 3 minutes to get your prescription, there’s coffee and ice cream next door. They’ll also deliver refills to your door for free and they support countless local events and organizations. Seriously, best pharmacy in town.

Incredible customer service. I was denied a certain generic at a larger pharmacy, so decided to try City Drug. I was floored with the customer service and communication. Truly excellent...they deliver AND have the cutest location in downtown Cheyenne!

Rave!! City Drug Pharmacy! They are The best pharmacy in town! I was going to pick up Symbicort, after insurance it cost 400.00!!! I can’t do that. They went way above and beyond looking for an alternative. They waited on my dr to respond because they Found something comparable! They could have given up. After all they are very busy. But they didn’t. I finally after say 20 years have a daily meditation that can keep my asthma outbreaks from happening!! No one else bothered. A VERY TEARFUL THANK YOU FOR CARING!! Hands down the BEST pharmacy in town, and I would say even in the state! They are easy, convenient, and fast! The staff truly provide the best service and they are so pleasant and courteous. What used to be a dreaded chore and a long wait in pharmacy lines has now become a pleasant part of my day! The store also carries all of your basic pharmacy needs in a pinch. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would!

There is absolutely no pharmacy better than this one. Since opening its doors this pharmacy has had one priority, customer service, and they have exceeded my expectations every time.My dog is on a number of medications for epilepsy. If he misses a dose, his day is hard. When I had his prescriptions filled at a corporate pharmacy, we would timely call in his refills but would have to constantly follow up to make sure it was filled. When I learned that Kelsey was opening this pharmacy I changed my dog’s prescriptions and I never looked back. City Drug fills scripts almost instantaneously (or at least as fast has modern science recognizes). On top of that, they deliver. For free. Let me repeat that. FOR. FREE. Also Kelsey handled the entire process of moving my prescriptions to City Drug.While it is nice to have my meds delivered there is also an incentive to visiting City Drug. Popcorn. The world’s greatest popcorn. Made with a popcorn machine. On a Monday afternoon, there is no better snack than City Drug popcorn.

I started a new medication and the pharmacy I’ve been going to for 20 yrs was never able to get it in stock.(waited 3 weeks). I was in a world of hurt, literally. My doctor finally suggested trying City Drug. They had the medication in stock! And it seems they have free delivery too. I love the feel of their store in the old, downtown part of Cheyenne. There is also a coffee shop attached to the pharmacy which is awesome for when you need to have a prescription filled. (I had a chai latte that was sooo good). Anyway I would highly recommend city Dug!

When I was new to Cheyenne, City Drug was close to where I moved. I asked if she accepted Good RX and was told, "I have a plan that will top Good RX," which is true; cheaper and reasonably priced. Also, the vast majority of the time, my prescription is already filled. I literally walk in, they pick it off the shelf and I'm on my way. Six star business!

Our pharmacy closed and we had to move. I chose City Drug as several friends were already customers. They made it so easy. I love they are not a chain. Great service!
