I came in late last night with 4 kids, the youngest being 2 1/2. We had a very long day and it really showed, but the lady who was working was very kind. I just wanted to say thank you, again. She was very sweet and patient and I just wanted her to know that I really appreciated everything she did for us. Thank you for being so kind. It truly meant so much to us.

I tried calling these people twice. They hung up on me once and then didn't even put me on hold the second time or say anything very rude.

Went there about a week ago and employee was very rude, didn't make eye contact, didn't say hello, even left the front counter as I was browsing the products. Was going to buy new earrings but the employee never came back out. Didn't catch their name only were wearing a red plad shirt.

My granddaughters had scheduled appointments to get their ears pierced. They had a sign on the door, short staffed and they were closed. We didn’t get a phone call to let us know.

July 30, 2024 - Cheyenne, WY store
I really like Claire’s, as I had my ears pierced here back in February 2024- However, every time I stop by, and to claim my monthly free earrings , they are always closed- It is 2:00 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and they are closed- there is no note or sign on door, and their store hours are 11-7. Please hire staff that are willing to work. It is very sad that every time I stop in, no matter day and time, 99 % of the time, they are closed.???

My family and I went here today to get my babies ear pierced, she’s 5 months Monday and the two young ladies working told me they weren’t comfortable piercing ears. After reading the reviews, we definitely won’t be going back

I have always loved Claire's. My granddaughters love Claire's. However, the last few times I have gone to Claire's the store has been very dirty, trash all over, and trash lying all over. The sales associate was busy playing on her phone, when she should have been cleaning up a little. I was in the store 1/2 hour and not once did the girl put her phone down until I checked out.

06/28 I went to get my daughter's ear pierced. But there was a girl who was absolutely bad, very very bad. Its customer service was very bad. Talked very badly to my mother that day. I have another son but I don't want to see that girl's face over there because she is very bad.

Nothing like placing an online order on Wednesday, not getting updates on it and then told the item is out of stock because none of the associates are trained in online orders except for managers. Absolutely ridiculous.

We went here yesterday to get my 3 year olds ears pierced. They did amazing, they were very kind and very understanding. My daughter loves showing off her new earrings!

This Claire's has such a cute selection of merchandise. I was a little sad they had such a small about of Barbie styled merchandise to pick from. They always have really good sales going on. My daughter just loves to shop here! Customer service is always lovely. Their clearance section is larger than a lot of the Claire's I've been to. My only complaint about this location is that it is very cramped. I'm not the largest woman but I was squeezing between the fixtures trying not to bump into them. Other than that, this place is awesome!
