Worst customer service. I dealt directly with Kim Clure. My friend and I had gone all over to find a TV stand. Finally went into the Cheyenne Clure Brothers Cheyenne. Kim was pleasant, at first. Showed me a brochure for Amish furniture. I asked how long it would take to be made. Kim stated 3 weeks. We both heard "3 weeks". I ordered it, paid in full. After a month I called to check on my order. Kim told me 'I would never tell you it would only take 3 weeks, this is handcrafted furniture from the Amish it takes 3 months.' I told her "No, you told me 3 weeks. My friend and me both heard 3 weeks." Now, I'm a Disabled Army Veteran. I believe wholeheartedly in honesty, integrity and morals. All Kim had to do is own up to her mistake and all would have been fine. This is not what happened. Kim told me I must have misunderstood her, she never would have told me 3 weeks. So, both my friend and me must have misunderstood. Not so sure I would have ordered it if I'd known it would have taken so long. In the meantime, the chair I purchased from Clure Brothers less than a year ago broke for the second time. They came out to inspect the chair for parts (they were delivering in my area I live 40 miles outside of Cheyenne). I was told in order to repair my chair it would be $2 a mile. I told them that wasn't the agreement when I purchased my chair. I didn't have to pay the last time they had to repair my chair. They said the only way to not have to pay is if they were coming my way. I said some not kind words. Again, I was in the Army, I cuss. I did call back and apologize. My words were not directed to the employee. Kim got on the phone and stated that we never charged me to deliver my chair. Well, that's because I picked it up. She stated that they charged me the first time it was repaired. That is incorrect, they never charged me to repair my chair. Her employee verified the information. They ordered the parts and they sat there for almost a month because they don't come my way. I picked them up and had my chair repaired. I am disabled and can't be without my chair. The physical pain it causes when my chair doesn't work properly is awful. BTW when I went to pick up my TV stand Kim said she told her employee not to charge me to repair my chair but the employee never called me to do the repair. If she had told him not to charge me why didn't the employee call me to schedule the repair... (the employee is very competent, he would have called) Back to the TV stand. 3 months turned into 5 months. I got a call that it was finally in and they would be happy to deliver it. I told them I would pick it up because I didn't want to pay for delivery. They said it would be free. I asked if their owner knew they were delivering for free. They said yes. I told them I would pick it up, I didn't trust their owner. They said ok they would have it wrapped and ready. I told them not to wrap it I wanted to inspect it first. (who wouldn't want to inspect it before taking it home) Kim called me less then 5 minutes later. I told her I didn't need to talk to her and disconnected the call. (Our conversations are never pleasant) Two days later I walked into the store. Kim stomped up to me and said "You want to inspect it and stomped away." As I made my way to the back of the store to sit down, Kim said over her shoulder " It will be a few minutes." (So, no good morning or welcome.) She has given me misinformation, turned it into a lie, put it back on me as my fault and never once updated me on my order, nor has one of her employees; I've made all the calls. When they brought the furniture out to be inspected I told Kim I didn't want to deal with her, any other employee but her. Kim stated, "Your in my house that is not your choice." I said several times that I just didn't want to deal with her. Anyone else but her. I asked, "Don't you trust any of your employees to do this?" She stated it had to be her, she h

My husband and I purchased a sofa, loveseat, ottoman, and two recliners from Clure Brothers just recently. We are so very happy with our furniture. Quality at its finest. Beautiful pieces. From the moment we walked into the store to the actual delivery of our pieces we received the upmost assistance with genuine kindness and professionalism. We can't say enough about the excellence of Clure Brothers. And the price is right! So very happy we went local. We'd encourage anyone to do the same. Kevin and Renie

Widely known for their customer service and guarantee to make things right, you’ll get best quality for your money here. Selection is better than past years and staff are always willing to accommodate any request. Strongest recommendation for furniture in Cheyenne!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 16 months to receive two recliners I ordered. In all that time, Clure Brothers did not call me once with an update. I always had to call them, then they would call La-Z-Boy. I would think Clure Brothers could have put a little pressure on La-Z-Boy after the first 8 months went by, which is the time I was told it would take to get my chairs. I will never shop Clure Brothers or La-Z-Boy again. I have shopped Clure Brothers twice and La-Z-Boy once in the past and received good service, but good customer service is apparently a thing of the past.

My old electric recliner quit working in the up position a few days before I was scheduled to host a large gathering. I had a pleasant experience buying the new chair on Saturday and was able to have it delivered Monday afternoon in time for my Tuesday event. The salesman and the delivery men were all very friendly and pleasant. Sale price on the chair was good, too, especially for a Lazy Boy.

Clure Brothers is fantastic. Amish furniture, which we know will last. We've purchased a wardrobe, credenza, side table, office desk, and chair with a couple other pieces on order. As soon as our basement construction begins, we'll order new primary bedroom bed frame and drawers to match wardrobe. Let's not forget the staff. All have been welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and carry a measuring tape, which is handy for those of us who forget to bring theirs.

I ordered furniture from Clure Borthers in June 2022, received part of it in December 2022. However the fabric was wrong on the throw pillows, so I sent them back with the delivery person and talked to a new sales person (Chris) and it was to be reordered. Received the other furniture in June 2023, and no throw pillows. But they charged for them. I called and finally got credit for the throw pillows. But now they can't be ordered and had based the other furniture on the colors in these, but the fabric has now been discontinued. I asked that the manager call me, but she has decided not to call to even try to make things right. So if you are set on a color and order from them - beware.

My husband and I visited this establishment when searching for a unique Amish bar. We previously spent $10k in this type of furniture from them were ready to add more pieces.We were "helped" by Kim Clure who after a few minutes, stated she would contact some suppliers to see what they could do. This was 2 1/2 months ago. No communication from her. I called several times with no return phone calls back. From this I have gathered that they must not need my business, as their customer service is TERRIBLE!I will bring my business elsewhere, and never deal with them again. Customer service is crucial, and with this being 1 of 2 furniture stores in Cheyenne, you would think they would want your business. I guess not
