Wish I could leave a 0 start review. I sent someone money through PayPal for a product online. PayPal stated that the bank has to make the dispute with PayPal for them to start the investigation. WyHy refuses to lift a finger to help mec, so now I'm out $720.00. I've had nothing but issues over the last year or two getting in touch with people at WyHy, no responses half the time. They were supposed to call me back 5 days ago on this issue, and never did. I am now closing my accounts and moving everything to my other bank. Do NOT use WyHy. They used to be good, but have gone completely down hill.

Absolutely worst banking experience. Tried opening a new account and sent in a mail to Brandi Hill. She went missing in action and I had to call her every day for 10 days before she would reply. Would not recommend this bank at all.

Used to be such a great credit union! They have went downhill so fast. Their employees are not helpful and do not care about their members any longer. Changing banks and can not wait to refinance my loan somewhere else so I can be completely done. I have been number one in the que for debit card charges that are not mine that are not able to be disputed online for the past 30 minutes!

Customer service is terrible. Banking should have to be so difficult!! What kind of bank doesn't take change? If I didn't have a car loan there I would take my business somewhere else.

My family has gotten a car loan and a mortgage loan through them. Both time it was extremely hard to get ahold of them. I've called and called and left messages for 3 days I finally leave a not so nice one and they finally responded. We thought we had the car warranty and just found out we didn't. I still have no idea how I'm paying for the mortgage. I can only assume they are taking it out of my account. Communication is nonexistent. I will never do business with them again.
