Normally my husband buzzes his own hair several times a year. Very basic. I asked him to get a "professional" haircut for Christmas. Well, I guess it's a Christmas haircut because his hair looks like Stu from the grinch. It looks awful, and it's very uneven. It's doesn't look like they cut the top at all amd buzzed the sides very short.Also, he said that the lady was very happy and cheerful, until after he paid and her attitude flipped and she became rude, he did tip, not sure why the change. Won't be back. $30 for about 10 minutes and a haircut I have to fix to make look decent.

Sherry was all by herself but I only waited 5 minutes. Made an appointment online, pretty easy. My haircut was just the way I like it. Spent about a half hour in the shop. Sherry was pleasant and knowledgeable. I'll be going back.Service: Haircut

Got my grandsons hair cut and Sherry was very nice and did a cut that my grandson picked. She did a great job on him and we both were pleased.

My husband asked for a flat top, ( we live in a Air Force town, this shouldn't be a lot to ask) and was told, that the person knows how to do them, but they hate doing them and refused.. he ended up with a buzz cut with a #2 length for 18.00. I have clippers myself. I could have done it for free, but he was all excited to get a real flat top. Won't ever go back to the one on Vandehei in Cheyenne.

I had an appointment for my son which the stylist called 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel because she said she wasn't feeling well,so we rescheduled for the next day. When that appointment came my son and I arrived on time only to find a "gone to lunch" sign in the window with doors locked. We waited for a good 15 minutes only to have noone show up to open the shop for our appointment. After being pushed away twice in a row we went to great clips and got the cut my son wanted. Very very unhappy with cost cutters,their customer service is unacceptable! Never,ever will go back!!

Yes, the online apt doesn’t work the best, but if you call or go in and make an appointment they will get you in and do a wonderful job. Tiffany is the new manager and beyond kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place.

I made an online appt., and called last Friday with a question. The gal who answered was very snotty. She said, "how did you make an online appt"? I said yesterday I did. Her response was "well first of all the online calendar isn’t working. We’re only open Wed, Thurs and Friday." So because I didn't know the online calendar wasn't working, gives her the right to get snotty with me? You know what they say about first impressions......I'll take my business elsewhere.

The hair dresser was so friendly and really knew everything about kids haircuts and the styles that are in. She had great ideas and she did a wonderful job on my son's hair. He looks great!!

Sometimes the bigger chain hair salons neglect areas but this salon is a very serviceable one. Manageable wait time and the hair stylist we had was very friendly. Overall I have no complaints about this salon

If all of your signs say you open at 9am then actually open at 9am. It's 9:20am and no on will even answer the phone, let alone open the store.

Worse haircut ever. My friends told me don't go to Cost Cutters but my regular hair stylist was on vacation. Ashley W. cut my hair and I am still crying. People ask me "why did you cut your own hair?" Sad thing is, I did not cut my own hair. I paid 30 bucks to look like I have a growing out mullet with an extra inch on the left side. Plus horrible customer service. No one acknowledges people coming in. I was hoping it was because they were intent on giving great haircuts, etc., but I guess it's just because they suck that bad. Ashley W. ruined my hair. Avoid at all costs.
