I did a week drop in since I was in town for work and loved every minute! All the coaches were super helpful and encouraging, the other participants were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the facilities are top notch! Highly recommend for anyone and will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Cheyenne!

I’ve always wanted to try CrossFit but found it too intimidating. I decided to do the 6 week challenge to see if it was for me. In such little time, I’ve completely fallen in love with the sport. The coaches are awesome and very sweet. More importantly they care about teaching the correct techniques and body mechanics to prevent injury. Can’t wait to keep learning and growing. Definitely recommend this gym and the great people in it.

10/10 recommend! I did the 6wk challenge and it was the best decision I could have made. A huge thank you to Markum and Christi ( and all the coaches ) for not only their passion and dedication to helping others reach their goals but for also creating the perfect environment to make it happen.

The experience I had during my 6 week challenge can't be matched. The plan is we'll laid out and ready to execute. Christi and Markum, the gym you guys have built is amazing!!! Crossfit Cheyenne is a God send. I’m so thankful for the owners Markum and Christi. They are real sweet hearts. They accepted me and showed me the ropes to CrossFit. The 6 week CrossFit challenge is amazing. I would suggest if you’re thinking about it just do it. It’s worth it and you won’t regret it.

I want to thank all the coaches for the support during my 6 week challenge. It means a lot. I needed this challenge and my results were absolutely amazing! Christi and Markum, you guys have a great gym where people can come and better themselves with support of all the coaches. Shout out to Ariella, she is great, so helpful. She is so supportive and knows how to push you to be better! I did the 6 week challenge with Crossfit of Cheyenne, I absolutely was amazed at the results! The program gave me everything I needed to get back into shape. The owners and trainers are all fabulous!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this gym!

If you're looking to start CrossFit or change gyms this is the place! Great workouts, encouraging community, knowledgeable instructors, and incredibly friendly staff. CrossFit Cheyenne will challenge you in the most intense yet rewarding ways. You will learn technique, you will push yourself, and you will feel GREAT! I recommend this establishment and the many benefits and opportunities it has to offer, especially the 6 week challenge. Shake off the nerves and hesitation! You won’t be disappointed... trust me!

Amazing programming for HIIT and weightlifting with plenty of options for low impact and other modifications. All fintess levels are welcomed and encouraged. The coaches are well trained and it's a great place to build a community while improving overall fitness.
