They are quick, helpful and do a lot on their end to make it as easy as possible for me. Staff is friendly and polite and I can consistently count on my medicine being ready, and on time, with no problems! They are wonderful!

I honestly don’t know what everyone is complaining about. The staff are extremely courteous, going out of their way to ensure I receive the medication i was prescribed from a completely different state. Within an hour no less. I’m very grateful. Thank you cvs!

Very nice Pharmacy has amazing text and pharmacists my transition from Colorado to Cheyenne has been great! They have been awesome! Very Kind and knowledgeable and friendly!

This pharmacy is completely inadequate. Their hours are unacceptable. Many times there’s only one person working there. And they’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. I needed a prescription quickly after getting out of the hospital on a Friday night and couldn’t get it until Monday. What a joke!!

Brutally long wait times. I called when they opened and have now been on hold for 61 minutes. It's like this every single time.

Every time I call it's a minimum 40+ minute hold. I called when they opened and it's been 40 minutes on hold. How is this acceptable? It isn't. I think I'm going to move my husband's prescriptions elsehwere.

Haven’t had such slow service at any pharmacy. The last three times I have been here had to wait up to 50 minutes. Left once because pharmacist was engaged in a long personal conversation and didn’t even notice I was waiting. Would go anywhere else but this is the only place my insurance covers.
