They were great to deal with and did a fabulous job detailing my very dirty pickup. Had an issue with my transmission not wanting to shift after I picked it up and went back. Ivory put it in the shop and resolved the issue in a few minutes. Absolutely great people!!! Can't recommend enough!! Thanks

What a rip off! They said between $225 for a cleaner car, and $350 for a really bad car. We took in a car that has never had a kid or a dog in it. It gets cleaned and vacuumed every week. Leather seats, so no shampoo, no stains on the carpets so no shampoo. It was very clean already. We were charged $335 for the detail. The engine was never steam cleaned like most places. We were way overcharged, and they just don’t care. We will NEVER go back there, nor will we ever recommend them! Shameful!Service: Auto detailing

Diamond detailed my car inside and out. The work they did was top notch. My car was like brand new. I was so impressed with their work I went back and had them replace my windshield. My work truck was filled with oil, dirt, mud, and the usual mess from being in the field. I had to leave it behind and couldn't clean it out the way I wanted to, but put my trust in this company's hands. I called them and they were able to get me in almost immediately. I told them they could take their time as I would be gone a week. They had no problem with this, and said they would keep it safe. I offered to pay first and they said to pay when I got back because they want to make sure I'm happy with the cleaning. I was surprised and shocked that they were so trusting. I got it back recently and opened it up and it honestly looked brand new. I haven't seen the black interior of this truck in years. They hit everything I was looking for, and everything that was tucked away was in a box for me, untouched and safe. The price for their services was extremely reasonable too, for the amount of cleaning they did. If you're looking for friendly, hardworking, and honest people, then these are the people for you. I'll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else, well worth the money.

Had our Ford Escape detailed and waxed. Called in and person was very friendly when scheduling. Even received a call as a reminder and to confirm appointment.When I arrived I was asked if there were specific areas I wanted them to focus on during the details. Appreciated the thoroughness since this was my first time getting a car detailed. They were very clear on when the car would be ready. Experience picking up the car was equally as smooth and thorough with the detailing they did.All staff is kind and service was amazing.
