Thanks to the front desk and service department. They hold to their word and have excellent service all around. Went to a competitor that I had a appointment with and they wouldn't even jack up my truck cause it was "to heavy" and they didn't have enough time. Came here as a walk in they said they would have me done in 2 hrs and they were done in 1hr and a half as a walk in!!!! Thank yall so much for turning my day around!!!

Thanks Connor and the guys in the shop for getting me right in and out! That was very much appreciated! I've never had a problem with these guys so I'll keep going back. They also treat my wife with respect when she needs her tires rotated. Thanks again Connor!

I made an appointment and was out of there in 30 minutes with all problems solved and taken care of. Very friendly and courteous staff, easy in and out. Definitely recommend making an appointment, saves a lot of time.

As is the case with every Discount Tire I've ever visited, it was exemplary! I think it's the BEST place possible for tire purchase, balancing, rotation, flats and tire inflation with super friendly staff!

Wow, talk about amazing customer service! Shawn S. took such great care of us.
We are from out of state and had got new tires before we left our home. Unfortunately, our local tire shop did not get our tires balanced, but Shawn got us taken care of!!!

This is my tire store! All of our family purchases are computerized and easily accessible for warranty coverage and general info. We've purchased all weather tires for 2 cars, snow tires, 3 sets of truck tires, and a set for the tralier. Never had a problem with the product, services or labor. We find the pricing fair & affordable. Customer service is prompt and professional.

I literally just walked out. I was asked in and was wanting assistance with my tire to see if I had a slow leak. I walked in and TRAVIS not one time acknowledged me. He continued to type on his computer and proceeded to make a phone call. Very rude and horrible customer service. The only person that was nice and professional was the gentleman that placed the air in my tire before I entered the building. TRAVIS work on your customer service… Meanwhile I will go to the one that has always given EXCELLENT customer service and that location is in McKinney, Texas Central Expy..
