This terminal stole my wife's credit card that was being over nighted to us

I bought a very expensive rustic aspen bedframe that had to travel cross country via FedEx. I picked it up at their local terminal and they loaded it onto my pickup truck. There wasn’t a scratch on the freight box that measured 80x59x48” and weighed 550 lbs.

Really awful experience all around. My horrible FedEx delivery person just leaves our packages wherever they want, and of course “corporate FedEx” doesn’t care at all. Just wishing we had ups.
