They deserve -5 stars. 2 years ago, they used to surpassed other home improvement stores in Cheyenne when it came to customer service. NOT NOW! One of the day assistant manager can't even be bothered to help when his staff isn't able to find an item (even after numerous pages). He was too busy. The last straw was going in before closing to get 3 of 1 item they were supposed to have 11 of in stock. I had purchased the same item a month before so I knew right where it was supposed to be. Long story short, couldn't find it so asked the older man at the front desk to page someone. Waited and then they announced they were closed and when I returned up front to let him know no one came to assist, his words were to the affect of not my problem I paged someone, come back tomorrow I'm not helping you. This is the same associate who 3 months prior, I had asked why the military discount wasn't applying and he gave a flippant answer and was very rude. The night manager wasn't interested in helping either (giving a flippant remark of well it's in a box in the isle and if not then we don't have them), a wonderful associate took his time after closing to verify that yes their count was off and they did not have it in stock. I will pay the extra gas to go to Fort Collins if Home Depot is the only place I can get a specific item, otherwise I will be going to Lowes, Menards, Ace, Murdochs.... They continually treat customers like they don't matter.

If we could give them 0 stars we would. We ordered a shed months ago in store and we were expecting installation soon. Come to find out that Home Depot had cancelled our order a month ago and didn't even bother to call us. When we called them, their response was basically too bad and if you want to put in another shed order we may get it to you in the fall and we won't do anything at all to make this right. Congrats Home Depot on forever losing our substantial business for remodeling our home to Lowes and Menards. We have never been treated like this at those places.

DONT RECOMMEND If your a woman, and it's that time of month. FYI they don't stock there tampon/pad machine anymore. As that is what they told me. They don't sell tampons or pads either!! Very frustrating!!! You women know exactly how that is!!! Must be sexiest, and don't think women shop in the store. I definitely won't come here again!!! then you can even rate them. obviously, judging by other ratings, there is a reason

Home Depot's delivery driver left big oil marks all over our brand-new driveway during a delivery. When contacting Home Depot management, who never followed up with us once, they now have us chasing our tails, trying to file a claim with their XPO contractor. No one wants to follow up or correct the damage that was done to our brand-new driveway.

In October 2020, I contracted with Home Depot for a kitchen cabinet refacing, “guaranteed’ to be completed by Thanksgiving. Installation actually started at the end of January, with no warning that the installation would not be completed by Thanksgiving as guaranteed (or, for that matter, before Christmas). Several doors and drawers were incorrectly sized, and the counter had a gap of 1/4-1” between the backsplash and the tile on the wall. I complained and was told the errors would be corrected. After I placed repeated phone calls, Home Depot contractors returned in early June and corrected the countertops and incorrectly sized doors, but two drawers that should have been installed in a cabinet did not fit. Because I was moving the following week and couldn’t wait for correctly sized drawers, I was told Home Depot would issue a refund for the two drawers. I placed several more calls to determine when and how the refund would be issued. On July 1, I received a document that I was told authorized the refund and was the only way to have a refund issued. However, the document was a settlement agreement that, among other provisions, required me to waive the warranty and to accept a nondisclosure clause. I refused to sign because a settlement agreement is not the proper documentary vehicle for a refund, and I decline to waive any rights without additional compensation for such waiver. After numerous calls to request the refund be properly completed, I set a September 1 deadline. On September 1, I signed a change order to remove the two drawers from the agreement and was told the refund would be forthcoming. I called Matt in home installation services, who has been my sole contact other than the initial sales consultants and the contractors, numerous times, and I also attempted to call Kendra, whose name and phone number was listed on the change order receipt. Matt returned my calls; neither Kendra nor anyone else did. It’s now been one month since I executed the change order, three months since I rejected the settlement agreement, and approximately four months since I was told I would receive a refund fir the mis-sized drawers. I am approaching the one-year anniversary of beginning this odyssey. It is apparent that Hone Depot either cannot or will not issue the refund that’s due, and I’m moving on to other avenues for resolution. Each person I’ve dealt with has been nice, but this process (even accounting for delays due to COVID) has been an absolute nightmare. I never got to enjoy the finished kitchen because of the over 6-month delay in completion, Home Depot tried to take advantage of the situation by requesting I sign a settlement agreement (as a contract of adhesion, not negotiated) and requiring me to waive rights without compensation in order the receive the refund that’s admitted to be due to me, and it now appears that Home Depot has misappropriated the $500 or so I am due as a refund. Given the amount in controversy, I assume that’s due to incompetence rather than actual malfeasance, but the end result is the same. A pitiful, disappointing performance from a company I had long respected.

Do not waste your time ordering an appliance from these incompetent fools. Wasted my time, called me the day of the appointment to reschedule, not a person, a robocall.) I then called them to cancel, it would not allow me to cancel on the web, but they routed and rerouted me and dropped my call. First living person I spoke to had to call someone else and left me on hold for 15 minutes, before some rude person finally answered, and was able to cancel my order. Truly an awful experience.

I am beyond upset with Home Depot! I ordered appliances the middle of September 2020 and asked Sabrina in the appliance department to have my appliances delivered on October 29, 2020, a month and a half later. I didn't receive a call, text or message to set up a window for delivery. I called this evening and asked why I haven't heard from anyone today. They told me they tried calling me. Really? What time? Where is the message? No one left me a message and I didn't hear from anyone. I asked if they can get the items delivered and they said no they will next week. I ordered these appliances over a month ago and you're telling me I need to wait another week. Don't shop here! Go to Lowe's! I also ordered appliances from Lowe's and they called, texted and emailed me today to schedule a delivery tomorrow. Where is the service in this town? Well don't go to HD to look for it! Very disappointed!

Some highlights of the experiences are: they were promp to assist when you could not locate a product. If they did not have the exact item you were looking for, they tried to provide an equal or better substitute. They would escorte you to the aisle you were looking for: and in some cases, stand there with you and assist, to ensure that you chose the right product to your satisfaction.

From Dave to Angelique to Mike, ALL of these managers are exceptional and fantastic. There have been times where deliveries were late, or errors were made, and they really shine in customer service and satisfaction. There have also been times when I wasn't the best customer to deal with and they were patient and consistent in their resolve of excellent customer service. I could give Home Depot 20 stars! Thanks guys (and ladies) for your excellence!

Horrible service. One of the associates, Hadley, was on her phone in front of me knowing I needed help but not assisting me. It was so unprofessional. It seemed like she and another worker named Gabe had absolutely no idea what they're were doing. I might as well checked myself out and assisted myself instead of letting them do anything. I will never go back to this Home Depot. There are only a few select older gentlemen that were actually helpful (Kenneth?). Sorry, Kenneth, your helpfulness cannot trump the rude service of Hadley.

I bought a ceiling fan online because it was out of stock in the store. I had a $50 gift card to use towards the purchase and the balance I paid through paypal. The entire purchase amount was deducted through pay pay and I didn't get credit for the $50 card. The customer service lady said that you can't use paypal with a gift card. Well the screen had no trouble taking the gift card number. I'm p!ssed as now I'm out $50 and according to customer service that's just the way it is. Beware of the scam...............
