I purchased a electric blanket and asked the sales associate if it worked. She took it in back then returned and said it worked. Got home and it didn't. Talked to store manager Adreana and was told all sales final don't buy from them or donate. If I wouldn't have asked I would of understood, but for them to lie is WRONG.

For 20+ years my family has supported you guys by donating (quality items that sell) and buying but today was the last day. You’re attempting to sell items that are clearly trash and your prices are outlandishly overpriced. To boot your staff is consistently sad, rude or incompetent. Please serve your community and staff by being a leader in this community and not a leech.

My girlfriend loves Goodwill Industries of Wyoming, almost all my family's clothes are from Goodwill and are high end outdoor brands, like Patagonia and North Face.... she is a dedicated thrifter, so she does have a knack for finding the good stuff. She loves Casper's Goodwill and always tells me how friendly everyone in the store is. Sometimes, I think she may have a thrift addiction, but I love her anyway.
