“My review is regarding their customer service which to me is an important aspect of any company's brand. I have used Magpul for their PMAG magazines and never had an issue. Recently I bought a stock for my Beretta 1301. The stock came with instructions that were clear and easy to put the stock onto my 1301. It was after a day of shooting that this plastic piece that covers the nut holding the stock on had somehow came off. I did have a quick thought of throwing some electrical tape around the stocks pistol grip and leaving it at that. I decided to reach out to Magpul and see what they said. Melissa from customer service took my case (#264714) and confirmed the exact stock that I had. She sent me out a new part free of charge which I had in a week. The new piece snapped in with an audible click that I did not hear when I put the first piece in. I suspect her attention to detail in confirming the exact stock had something to do with that. At any rate, my issue was resolved with minimal problems and I don't forsee the same issue reoccurring. One thing I will say is with customer service like that, Magpul will be the choice between two brands for same part going forward. Thank you Magpul and nicely done Melissa!”

She is very knowledgeable from first hand experience. We couldn't have asked for a better shopping/learning experience.
