“I dislike traditional gyms. I never know what machines or exercises to do in order to get a full body workout, and I don’t have the extra money to put towards a trainer. As a busy working wife and mom, I also don’t have the time to dedicate to spending a ton of time at the gym.
Enter HIIT 30, a fast paced, full body workout, with amazing trainers and a wonderful group of workout partners! The trainers create unique workouts that are challenging and dare I say fun!! I leave feeling like I’ve accomplished something great, both physically and mentally.
Another thing I appreciate is the help provided by the trainers. They are always watching/providing support during class, and pumping you up to keep pushing for your best results!! If they see something that is being done incorrectly (like form), they correct you so that you don’t get injured and also get the most of out the exercise.
They also have other types of classes from Zumba to Yoga, Pilates to Cardio Strength classes. There is something for everybody!”
“I’ve been a member at this gym since 2020 and cannot speak highly enough of it. Everybody that trains there is friendly, respectful and freakishly strong. Throughout my own strength journey Travis (the owner) has mentored, coached, and advised me with the highest care and respect. I still pay for the custom coaching because you just can’t beat having an involved and proactive coach. I have come a long ways and am looking forward to getting even stronger and more athletic. If you want to start your strongman journey or you’re looking to get big and buff I highly recommend you get started today- why wait? Let’s be Above the Rest.”

“This place is very supportive, patient, and encouraging to all members and off all abilities. Amazing staff and very knowledgeable. There are tons of awards on the walls for a reason, they are very good at what they do. Cannot recommend enough.”

“So close to perfect. Having a North location makes it great for me. The equipment is in pretty good condition and has most of what you could ever want. Less crowded than the competitors, so never have to wait much for your equipment.”

“When this facility opened in Cheyenne, it was definitely a most welcome addition to a growing city. There can never be enough facilities like this for youth and adult recreation activities for a city like Cheyenne. This building is still relatively new, with it only being open less than 7 years now. The exterior is very modernly designed, and the interior looks clean like it has been maintained well since it has been opened. I don't come here too often since it's far from where I live, but I have been here more than usual lately for my daughter's volleyball games. I'm just really impressed with this facility. It's definitely a multi-purpose facility that can accommodate many activities. It's fairly good sized with a number of courts where different types of activities can occur at the same time. I wish I had a facility like this growing up in Cheyenne. I would like to add that the city employees who I have interacted with when I'm here are very friendly. I also would like to say it was very smart of the City of Cheyenne to acquire this facility. It wasn't originally a part of the City of Cheyenne, but it was later aquired by them, so i applaud whoever made the decision to buy it. I know the City of Cheyenne is definitely utilizing this facility for a lot of their activities they offer, so I'd say it was worth the investment. I have no complaints thus far about this facility, but I did have a suggestion. I think there could be more seating added via rolling bleachers. So I'm not talking about the seating along the concrete walls, but there are more than a few empty sections by the areas closer to the concessions/lobby areas. I think it would be smart to add rolling bleachers in those empty sections. Right now there are metal chairs used or people sit on the stairs or stand on the ramp or if there is no room then they have to sit on the barstool chairs In the lobby, which is kind of far. I just think the sitting in those areas can be improved upon and also possibly make for a better experience for a spectator with some rolling bleachers. I'm just trying to help with the suggestion, is all. Well, that's all with that, I just had to get that suggestion out of my system. Other than that, this facility is very great for the youth and the City of Cheyenne overall, and it still looks very good.”
“The machines are easy to use. I love how big it is and so many different places and varieties of equipment. The workers are friendly and helpful if you ask them. The equipment is easy to figure out. After trying another gym, I'd have to say Gold's Gym is definitely the best I've been to. I would highly recommend it.”
“Definitely not 24/7 access some random guy came up to the door.
Jokingly asking for a entry free lol like I'm broke just trying to use the shower.”
“Staff is friendless and always willing to help you. Facility is always clean and maintasined well. There is equipment for every type of workout. Clearly the best workout facility in Cheyenne.”
“This is a non-negotiable stop for me when I visit my sister in Cheyenne. They are very sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They’re always very flexible with my schedule. I’m in town. Highly recommend.”
