The GMC sales team experience was one of the best. We purchased two vehicles back in 2020 and referred three people.“HOWEVER” just recently had the worst experience with the manager that oversees the GMC service department. We will not be taking our vehicles back for service to Halladay. No customer should have to experience such a toxic environment. We did have the best experience with the Dallenbach team in Fort Collins. Highly recommend them.Jim Casey you can call me. I would love to discuss this with you one on one. You have my number.

Don’t trust this dealership. They are crooks who will try to rob you. They contacted me asking to buy a car I had listed online. The car had under 20,000 miles , clean title and was in excellent condition. Wholesale trade in value for my car was nearly $33,000 and retail was nearly $36,000. After several days of back and forth they tried to offer me $27,000 stating it was sight unseen (after viewing several detailed pictures of the car). why even waste my time if you’re not going to take the valuation seriously? Of course I’m not going to invest 2 hours of my time bringing you the car if you’re simply going to lowball me. I can only imagine how they take advantage of customers who want to buy cars from them

it’s a late review and i owe it to this dealership for working with me out of state and delivering the vehicle in such a quick timeframe was really impressive and the processes wasn’t perfect but it was pretty great getting my questions answered and getting a great deal i didn’t think i’d love it as much as i do but the panoramic sun roof and awd is great ! thank you to Mr Kline and John (finance) and those who helped with the process thank you and happy holidays ! i’d recommend this auto shop to those that are local and maybe considering buying out of state if they have what you need it really was hassle free buying and loving this sand color! have yet to see another in this color on the road which is a nice plus stands out from the rest

***UPDATE**** I was contacted almost immediately from the service department manager or service department general manager Jim and he said he wanted to make things right and give me $150 check. It is almost the end of September and Ive yet to receive anything. Im very disappointed in the service. Im so disappointed that I took my Acadia to grease monkey to get an oil change just to be treated and valued like a loyal customer with them. Again, the only top notch service I have had at this place is with CAMERON. - The only good thing about my experience this go around was Cameron in the service department. He is the best! He tries to accommodate his customers and is great with communicating with you. I had to wait from 6/13-7/20 for them to get one part in for my acadia. I didnt get a loaner vehicle until late July which I barely drove because the check engine light was on and the plates were expired. I wasnt offered a discount for the inconvenience or anything. I was originally told the turn around time was 3-4 days. It was difficult to get around especially having three small children. Cameron was the only one who seemed to care and was the only one apologetic. I give him 5 stars, but everything else -1. I give a lot of business to this dealership and I am disappointed to say the least. Apparently they had offered a $150 discount to my fiancé but that was not honored. Several months ago I had about 4K of work done to my vehicle and come there for all of my routine maintenanceI guess you could say that I expected more from them. I am thinking next time that I may go somewhere else locally or go to Colorado. I did express my gratitude to Camerons service manager for Camerons hard work, efforts to get my part in asap, and his customer service. I feel like GM doesnt really appreciate their customers, especially their loyal ones. Very disappointed. Thank you Cameron for advocating for me to the best of your ability. I appreciate you! Total spent almost $1300 for the thermostat to be replaced.

Let me tell you why I gave a 5 star review. It was a 1 star review prior to today. Everything was going well when I found a truck I was interested in. I did get passed from one sales person to another but that's no big deal. I went and drove the truck, I didn't argue about the price or give them any crap about anything related to the purchase of the truck. They took it thru their shop and detailed it too. So far, so good. I did request to 2 separate people that I wanted a full tank of fuel when I picked it up. I was assured that every vehicle leaves with a full tank. I got a call that it was ready to pick up so I went down and got it. I didn't look at the fuel gauge as I drove out, but when I did, I realised that the tank was literally empty. I stopped and put 80.00 worth of fuel in it. That one thing is the only thing I had asked for and I couldn't get that. I contacted them and the sales person said she would come and get it and fill it up or I could bring it back and they would fill it up. It didn't matter at that point. The real issue here is the communication between the detail guys who the sales person blamed, and the sales person. I guess I'm just tired of people passing blame to others. In my opinion, the sales person who knew I was coming to pick it up should have checked. Otherwise, everyone was professional. New ending! I received a call from 2 of the managers ar Halladay and they bent over backwards to make this right. I couldn't be happier that this is resolved. I love the truck and the follow up by the 2 managers is stellar. Nobody is perfect and no situation us perfect, but they made it right. I'm so happy about the resolution. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new or pre owned vehicle.

I purchased a truck off the lot and since that day i have had nothing but problems. And when i call them and explain whats going on , no one seems to understand me , management there is a joke they don’t ever take care of anything. Its all about Money to them . Forget the ppl who are spending thousands of dollars .I will never buy a car from there again .

This is an uptake to my last review. Jim C took the time to comment on my last review to ask I contact him. Every single call and email to Jim C has been unanswered. This is a perfect example of how little they try to makes problems right. He took the time to respond to a complaint in a public forum, but when it comes to actualy dealing with it, that's all the service you get, a public display of attention. It goes no further. Stay away from this place, these people are crooked.

First off Cameron swedberg is the man we had a issue traveling threw and he got us in and out in a timely fashion the diesel techs there kill it I'm so glad they helped us the whole team there is awsome
