After spending more than $600 at the store I asked Angela if I was able to get all 3 free gifts and she said no, I was able to get just one. Very poor customer service and she was kind of rude. Never going back there, don't recommend

I love Harbor Freight!!i have been to 26 different stores in 7 different states. I have ordered from the website. I have the subscription service I always pay in advance so it NEVER lapse Went with subscription and coupons in hand even brought a friend for all the heavy lifting. It quickly became the shopping trip from HELL!! Layout has absolutely no logic. The only employee we could find was the cashier who had absolutely no knowledge about any item in the store. After waiting for someone to help find a couple of sale items the manager came over and was extremely rude and condescending. The manager himself was talking down to me I'm assuming my male friend that was with me was the customer at that point all I needed was some electrical rated screwdrivers but the manager did not know the difference between electrical safe tools and your everyday tool. At check out some of the sell items for ringing up full price coupons were not honored because they wouldn't scan and she refused to honor my subscription service insisting it wasn't active when show the receipt for payment so it was active she rolled her eyes shook her head and ripped my receipt in half explaining to me that my receipt was not valid for payment because it wasn't in her system. I will admit I became the customer from hell. I was in the store for almost 2 hours trying to find everything I needed and get what my co-workers needed only seen the cashier and the manager but when I started raising my voice and insisting somebody besides the person talking to me six people came from the back they were nowhere to be found when we need a customer service on the floor. After another employee cancel that transaction redid the entire thing it came out to $300 less I know it's not much but it's the principle of the matter. I will never go back into that store again they need to just close the store the people there aren't even worth retraining to know their jobs

Good place to get inexpensive tools.
They have reorganized the store so I have to spend more time looking for items.
Looks like they're trying to improve the quality of thier products, so prices have increased. Also the have reduced their use of coupons.
Recently they rearranged the store so for me it takes longer to find some items because I was used to the old layout.
