I did not have them move my stuff but I did work for them and they store the crates outside because there warehouse leaks like a siv military families and there stuff that they worked for was getting soaked these r the people that lay there life on the line for us everyday and this is how they treat your stuff theese movers have no respect nor does the company they work for needless to say I quit the next day terrible company and very unprofessional

The team that loaded my belongings disassembled darn near every thing they could fit a screwdriver in to the point where they disassembled a ping pong table that folds up all the way down to the point where the instructions don’t explain how to reassemble that far back. The legs to an ottoman where damaged beyond repair. We were also promised a reassembly of our furniture they disassembled by the loading team and when the delivery team arrived with our stuff they said they don’t do that so I’m unsure why I was told that In the first place. My bookshelf was also damaged to where it’s completely trashed. It may be just another job to you guys but this is my life and my stuff that I had to work hard for.

Jason, I want to thank you Jessica and all who are your kind attention to my move, your care for my furniture and things, and meeting the unusual request so effortlessly and well. I was in good hands all the time and I appreciate your thoughtfulness and your care. You were also very easy to speak with on the phone And were most attentive to all of my needs and worries. Thank you very very much. I push the five star recommendation but it did not allow me to go further. I worked with Johnson Moving to unload two 16 foot trailers at different times. Johnson was able to accommodate me on a holiday weekend, which was incredible!The workers were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. No problems or concerns.The only issue was dealing with their incompetent administrative assistant, Jessica A. She did not follow up, did not email my receipts in a timely manner. Nor did she know about the billing, claimed I owed money when my bill was paid via credit card.Had to call back several times to get my receipts. Very unprofessional and inefficient! Other than her, service was great.

We had Johnson Storage and Moving handle our move from Wyoming to South Dakota. We have moved 5 times prior with other moving companies. The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They were able to pack our things, load the truck, and deliver in a 3 day period which exceeded our expectations. They were courteous and careful with all our belongings. We are so happy we contracted them to do this move for us. There was no stress or worries.

Run from this company. They were hired to pack and move our stuff (military move, couldn't pack or help with stuff if I wanted to). They seemed nice when we saw them but when we received the crates the movers (not the same company) who unpacked our stuff were shocked as well as us at how everything was packed. Our stuff was crated as if this company did not care in the world about our stuff. One of the movers broke 2 switch controllers (yes my husband saw this with his eyes), my toddler's bed is completely broken, my oldest child's computer desk broke as well, and some of my toddlers toys are missing (I know what toys I put aside to pack). I get these are material things, but these are material things that me and my husband's hard earned money worked for. They were written up by the inspector who was appalled at the work they did as well and I am filing a complaint with tier 1. DO NOT GO TO THEM. Shame on the movers. Corporate you need to check your employees.

Very professional and competent. They treated our household goods with care and wrapped all the furniture very well. All the staff I spoke to were very nice and they really did everything possible to help our move go smoothly.

Johnson was used (almost) twice by me. On the move-in the team damaged my table beyond repair due to total incompetence on the reassembly team (washers and nuts were attached in the wrong order and dug deeply into the wood). Fast forward to the move out - I complete a virtual pre move survey, and Johnson accepts it in-lieu of an in person survey (per their request, not mine and the survey was a video walkthrough of the house uploaded). On packing day number one, two packers arrive and immediately start talking to each other about needing more people to complete this job. They unload their gear/supplies, I ask them if they want food they say yes, so I order $50 in pizza. Literally 5 minutes after the pizza arrives and an hour after arriving they tell me they aren’t going to pack because the basement is too cluttered (the same basement that is videoed in the pre move virtual survey). I was advised to reschedule at the earliest opening (2 months out). If I am ever offered to have Johnson or any affiliated movers come assist me it will be a hard pass based on this last experience.
