This store does a really nice job with the selection of items they offer and the quality of produce. Im sure its a challenge to keep up with fresh produce supplies here in WY.

Giving a 1 star finally for the ridiculous excuse the call a deli. I don't think anyone who works the deli cares at all about their job. This review comes from time after time that the deli just can't get it right. I ask for thin cheese and it's slabs, I ask for shaved ham and they make crumbly powder out of it yet the turkey is also slabs. Don't tell me I'm being unrealistic about expectations because wal mart gets it right every time. They must pay more because their employees actually want to do a good job for you. Pretty sad how 1 of the biggest grocers has the worst deli ever. This review will probably never get read by management and really no one will actually care, but I wrote it anyway to blow off a little steam. A little slicer training and maintenance can go a long way.

Service and products are good.
Two small complaints
Everyone working there seems to be rushing, not a relaxed atmosphere.
The discounts require huge bulk buying such as 4-5 of the same thing.

Having to download your ap to get listed price is false advertising! Stupid, bad business and very off putting. Either a price is good or you are deceiving people. Extremely frustrating!

Self check out is a disaster. They have very few checker lanes open but a lot of self checkouts. The machines changed recently and are not as sensitive to scanning the items. I tried to scan multiple items over and over and they wouldn't take, but the machine thought I was trying to steal multiple times. An associate had to come over and reviewed the video of every single can I scanned and then counted my items (this happened multiple times). If you are worried about shrink open up a lane and don't treat your customers like they're stealing.

King Soopers is a great store. Wish they would put some money in the store in Cheyenne. It could be larger with the crowds that always seem to be there.
