All of the customer service was terrific! From the hospital to home, I was treated with total respect, kind of like family!! My questions were completely answered, my equipment setup at home was done professionally and the instructions on how to use the equipment was great! Now that I've been released, the customer service was again great. My appointment for equipment pickup was on time, and the Driver was super. I would recommend this group highly!!!!

Lincare has been amazing!! I had always received my oxygen from Lincare but recently changed my CPAP supplies to Lincare and they have been amazing even came to my house to do a fitting!! I can’t say enough positive things about this company!! Definitely recommend them

I enjoy working with Lincare as far as their staff and how professional and friendly they are. However, sometimes they forget to bring everything from my order, the correct equipment, and sometimes they don't show up at all when I've scheduled a delivery. Also, my provider sent over an order for a portable oxygen concentrator with all necessary documentation. I waited well over a year and called them multiple times about when I would receive it, but they gave me one excuse after another. And needless to say, I never received the oxygen concentrator, nor did anyone ever contact me regarding getting one, or not getting one. I was pretty upset the last time I called them regarding the concentrator when they told me I'd need a totally new prescription from my doctor in order to get one. On a more positive note, the staff from Lincare who deliver my oxygen equipment and supplies, they are always professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I am still waiting for a longer tube to connect the humidifier to my large concentrator though. They brought a shorter tube, and have not returned in several weeks to bring a longer one. I'll put in another call to them though, and we'll see what happens. This is why I gave Lincare 4 out of 5 stars instead of a 5 star rating.

Crooks, buy your own oxygen supplies. Never came and serviced equipment, took six months to pickup their equipment and still billed during those months, and after they picked it up were still billing for it. Been arguing with accounting and got condescending agents who don’t understand that I’ve been dealing with this for a long time!!

After a couple of false starts,, Lincarebrought me the concentrator I needed, one that functions well and is quiet, as I had requested. Staff was competent and courteous. I am very pleased with their service.

Zero (0) stars as far as I am concerned. Have tried to schedule an appointment with a Bi-pap Specialist for a full fit mask over 1.5 month ago, and never got an appointment. Agreed to have automatic payments of equipment of 115.20 a month and they just tried to withdrawal $352.82 and I had to block the payment. never in my life have I had to block a payment.

Trying to get a return credited to your account is impossible. The ineptness with customer service is unbearable. I've been waiting 4 months for the return credit and now have received several delinquent payment notifications. The Cheyenne office needs an overhaul...

The oxygen part is fine, but the drivers are the rude and disrespectful people. Always parking in the area reserved for senior buses to unload their passengers, at the hospital and other facilities, are nasty when asked to move. I saw a senior bus have to unload two people in wheelchairs in the road because the Lincare van is (as always) parked in the area clearly marked for senior buses. I would think a company who serves a large senior and handicap population could be a little more respectful and thoughtful.

Doesn't actually reach out to contact the patient when orders are received from doctors, and also sends you to their after hour line during open hours.
