I recently purchased a light from this company. It was listed as an "Open Box" item which to be honest meant nothing to us as it was brand in in the original box etc. No where on the description, details or invoice did it indicate that an "Open box" item is not returnable. That is indicated on an entirely separate website page under return policies "exclusions". I now have this item, still in the original box and packaging and have nothing I can do with it. I personally am very disappointed in the fact that this company will not stand behind it's own products and sales when involving a brand new product that is still in the original box and packaging. After speaking with a few other vendors that sell their products, they even accept returns and are shocked LNC won't. Very sad and extremely disappointed. You should think twice about buying from this company.

I ordered a kitchen light that says it was delivered. Never got it. Tracking number says delivered to kanas city MO. I do not live in kanas city!! Scam!!

Ordered multiple light fixtures online and said it would ship within two days. After 2 weeks they still weren’t shipped yet. I called customer service multiple times and left voicemails, also emailed customer service to see what was going on. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still have not heard anything back. Do not order from this company. I would give it 0 stars if that were possible.

I ordered a light online on Nov 27, got an email that it would ship in 2 days, arrive in 3-5. A week later, I had nothing but a tracking number that said it had not shipped. Called the office - and girl couldn't find my order number. Said the light was in stock. Asked to speak to a manager and "she doesn't have a phone", but she would call me back. Two biz days later - no call. I called back this morning. Light hasn't shipped, shipping is waiting on a "ticket" to send it and doesn't know when the ticket will arrive. Asked them to overnight the light and was told "they don't have anyway to overnight ship". When I said "everyone has a way to overnight ship" , she hung up on me. So my $300 bathroom light is still not on it's way. No money, No light, and no idea if its coming or not.

Not impressed with this company at all! After receiving pendant lights which did not look the photo online, I immediately sent an email requesting a return label and asking how to get a refund. The response I received was "Your request (6345) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.We will reply you ASAP in 24 hours. Please be more patient for review your case." WHAT ON EARTH?? This is not proper English at all, so I am now feeling sick to my stomach as I wonder if I can even get back my money back (over $500!) It is horrible business practice to not have a working customer service phone number as well. I will update this review if, and only if, I get a timely response and a full refund, as I have done exactly what they ask in their return policy, yet they are not fulfilling their obligation as a business.

So far not impressed with customer service. Used their email to contact them about getting a replacement globe for one of the lights. I got a response back right away asking for my receipt. I emailed back the receipt and never heard back. I waited for several weeks hoping it would show up at my doorstep but nothing ever came. Called and left a message, waited a week, never got a return call. Sent a second email...waiting to see what happens. Not very optimistic.

They were so helpful in fixing an issue I had with getting the wrong sized globe I received from Amazon on one of their products. Very friendly helpful and quick to replace. I would recommend there products and their customer service.

This is the most unprofessional business as the only phone number they have on the internet is on yelp and it is a prank call number. This is pathetic not to mention makes it impossible to talk to a representative of the company.
