Overall, things worked. However, the soaps couldn’t remove grime on tires, road film, and bugs. I worked at a carwash in Indiana for 11 years. The chemicals all need a bump, the foam brush, needs more chem, and more air. High pressure soap could use more, the low pressure Presoak was not removing the simple road grime, decreasing the air could help too.

Lack of soap, brush made truck worse…but changing my review to point out that the soap brushes are compromised due to kinked/cracked hoses at the base of handle and soap can’t get to brush, get that fixed and will be well worth the use.

Washed my truck, used CC and had an issue with the charge.

Called left a message about my situation and my calll was returned the same day, and the issue was resolved great customer service!

Unfortunately the automated wash is in need of some TLC and investment. The soaps blow all over instead of on my truck's paint since there are not functioning doors. The dryer has been jammed for over a year. This car wash could be making bank on the touchless automated washes this summer. The only other touchless in town is broke. 10-14 bucks is in line with the expensive contact wash services and those are readily updated and maintained at that price point. I won't take my rig thru those due to the scratches they impart on the clearcoat. I hope the owners invest in this car wash and make it something this town needs. A covered/heated self service wash rack (for winters and to keep the sun from drying out soaps) and a modern well maintained automatic wash at the price point they charge.

Should be zero stars. Maybe it got some dust off car but made the whole thing look WAY WORSE! Don't go to the drive thru!

Looks like a waterline is being worked on in Osage next to the car wash. Looks like the perfect time to clean out the nozzles on the automatic car wash. It needs some maintenance. And possibly reprogrammed as it leaves the back of every car dirty.

I love the manual part of the car wash but we just went today and went to go through the touchless automated bay and it was inoperable. It ate my $14 and refused to open the garage door. I called the number and left a message and nothing.. there's like no other touchless car washes in Cheyenne and this place could make some serious profit if it would just update it's equipment..

Is very expensive for the automatic washes. Don't pay extra for drying it really doesn't do anything.

I really like that this car wash uses credit cards in addition to cash. Definitely makes things convenient. I would have rated higher if it weren't for that sometimes the selected services were not working but the wash was still operational. For example, you select wax but there is no wax.

Coin machine out of order so had to use card got charged $15 x2 when it was $3.48 for one car and $3.46 for the other but charged $30 ??? This place is a scam
